This is an ideal place for many holiday seekers. Families can enjoy the closeness of the beach which is in a safe bay with life guards and many rock pools. Windsurfing/Sailing/ Water Skiing facilities within 5mins drive, with ample free/pay and display parking. Within residence there are both adult and children's pools, with security fencing and garden with shade, so perfect for families of all ages.
For those wanting to explore area, Saint Raphael offers an excellent ferry service to St Tropez, Cannes etc. Local station services to all coastal destinations East and West.
Local restaurants varied and not too expensive, this is very much an all year round town, so no hike up in prices over summer months!Some restaurants within walking distance, some a short car ride.
Local shops offer excellent quality fish, meat, patisserie also within walking distance.

Beautiful coastal area. If you follow the coastal road some stunning views and out of the way restaurants. Warmer climate from May reaching top temperatures in July/Aug , can still be warm and sunny in November! Saint Tropez, Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, MonteCarlo are all within 1hr drive from here.
Saint Raphael is a very French working town as opposed to it's chic cote d'azur neighbours with a much prettier coastline and no high rise buildings/hotel complexes. The sea itself is glorious, clean, sparkling with safe bathing, life guards on duty on most beaches. Local markets in abundance every day including sundays. A full list available in apartment. Local cuisine very french; fresh seafood beautifully cooked but caters for all tastes.
Boulouris is a very pretty all year round village. Market there Monday morning. Many restaurants, shops, pharmacy and local church. Supermarket within 5mins drive. Local "Spa" food market walking distance.

"very peaceful and relaxing"
Our holiday stay at this apartment was very enjoyable. We found the villa very well equipped for self catering for 6 people. The little balcony is nice to sit out on early mornings and late evenings… More

"A comfortable base in an excellent location"
We had a lovely holiday in this comfortable, well equipped apartment. It is in a great location very close to the beach and 15 mins walk to the train station, with so many things to do and see along this coastline. Although the weather was very mixed (we went in May), we still had a great holiday and swam in the large pool on one of the sunnier days. Janet, the owner, was very helpful and always very quick to reply to emails. We found the apartment to be very spacious for just the two of us. Admittedly it is a smallish kitchen if there are 5 or 6 of you but nevertheless well equipped. Some things in the apartment are slightly tired looking, but comfortable / functional. We had an amazing holiday with excellent value on a last minute break, out of season.
The modernising of the apartment is an on-going process. New parquet flooring and modern wardrobes are being fitted in the upstairs bedrooms in October 2012.

Booking was easy and efficient. Car parking facility on a secure site. Very close to a lovely beach with good walks and panoramic views.
Services excellent - one lovely large double bedroom and a good sized second bedroom with double bed and bunk beds. Flat screen tv and use of CD, DVD player and WiFi was very useful.

"Fantastic - fantatic value for money"
When we arrived we found ourselves in very nice very quiet complex. The apartment was clean, everything was there one could need for a self-catering holiday and the previous guests had kindly left a few items in the fridge (all fresh). Everything was in good working order; alas no air-conditioning but at least all the fans worked (phew as it hot in July). We have never been very good with TV controls etc but we soon got round to working those out – despite not reading/speaking any French. It did take me a while to get used to the shower control; but then I discovered this is typical 'French' plumbing - maybe I should take-up being a plumber in France - :)
OK: this is a very nice apartment in a truly fantastic location, literally only a few minutes' walk from the lovely beach; rock pools for the kids (watching them catch the little crabs was great fun) Also on the way to the beach was the local train station whose trains take you to ALL the places you can possibly want to visit on that coast line. Some really great beach-side restaurants, and surprisingly the prices were very similar to those in the UK.
Would I go there again; would I recommend this apartment to a friend - the answer is a resounding yes - :)

"Will definately be coming back"
The apartment was lovely and in a great location for local amenities and the beach, which went down well with the little one.
There's plenty to do and see in the area with Antibes and Cannes one way and St Tropez the other. If you're taking a car then it's in the easy to get around and if not, public transport links are good too.
Booking was easy and even able to contact owner of the property during my stay. It was a shame that the shared pool was shut but we were aware of that before we went but it looked like it would have been great, but the weather was warm enough for the little one to go to the beach every day so it wasn't a problem - there's also a fantastic carousel and park in nearby St. Raphael which was frequently visited!
The only problem we had with the stay was a problem with the shower but once we were told the knack to using it, we were fine.
Been back 3 weeks now and we're already looking at dates for next year at some point during the summer.

"Location great, service questionable!"
Situated within 10 minutes walk of the coast, this property seems at face-value a really viable option. Contact with the owner before the holiday was good, especially when it came to requesting payments, etc. However, on arrival at the apartment when things weren't exactly up to scratch, a reluctance to rectify the problems certainly tarnished the experience of our stay. No information sheets with regards of who to contact in an emergency or for services (e.g. bin collection/apartment servicing) were available, and when email contact was made with the owner to sort the problems, after day 2 of our stay, even that method of contact was ignored.
a) 2 of the 4 fans were not working. Only had 1 desktop and 1 floorstanding fan for the whole apartment (3 rooms - therefore very little sleep!) - Promises of rectifying this weren't fulfilled!
b) Dodgy electrical socket - wires openly accessible to little fingers! - This was never acknowledged!
c) Bed dimensions were incorrect - we elected to provide our own bed linen, but the bed in the main room was too big. Promises of rectifying this weren't fulfilled.
d) I asked about bin collections as we were concerned about the rubbish smelling, particularly as there were four of us in the apartment which was very hot. This information never appeared.
e) I reported that the curtain had come away from the window in one of the rooms. This was never rectified.
f) The owners' personal property was littered mainly about the second bedroom, and food was left in the cupboards, including open packets.
Post-stay, the owner refuses to talk over the phone with you to discuss your stay - email is the only option, and once the key to the apartment has been received back from you, even your emails are ignored!
On the whole: Location good. Apartment clean. BUT Service was appalling which counter-acts any wish to stay here again.
with regard to contact with the owner:
The client was 2 weeks overdue with his payment of the final balance in peak holiday High Season and needed more than one reminder.
With regard to the service during stay:
The client bombarded me with emails upon arrival and for 2 days, to which I responded immediately even late at night.
Having organised with my representative in France to deal with his complaints, I naturally assumed they had been dealt with when I heard no more from him. I have worked with this rep for 10 years and she has never let me down, so I was very surprised indeed when I received yet another email form the client on his final evening at my property, saying no one had contacted him. In fact my rep called round twice, but as she did not have the client's permission to enter the property, she did not let herself in.
With regard to the electrical sockets: these have been inspected and repaired where necessary by a qualified registered electrician.
With regard to the fans: I spoke to the clients, who had been at my property for the previous 3 weeks and they assured me that all 4 fans were working normally.
With regard to personal belongings "littering" the 2nd. bedroom:
We provide equipment for families with babies: cot, high-chair, baby bath - these are not personal possessions and the only "extras" in the room.
We pride ourselves on Customer Service, however this is a self- catering apartment and things can go wrong.
We always try to rectify any given situation, as we did in this case.
