Villa is situated in a private area of the villas which can only be reached by the residents. The position high on Cap Anthéor provides a panoramic open view on the Mediterranean Sea. The ground floor of the villa is composed by the large living and dining room, the fully equipped new kitchen and a large covered terrace. By a gallery with bureau and a small supplementary small living room, one can accede to the sleeping rooms and bathrooms. Both sleeping rooms provide a balcony with panoramic sea view.
The steep garden is app. 1000m² big and offers several small terraces for relaxing with fabulous views.
We cannot recommend this property for elderly or people unable to walk: in fact the access to the villa passes by a long and steep stairway!

Anthéor is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of Anthéor is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.

1) end-cleaning - 220 euro;
2) bed-linen and towels - 20 euro/person.
Only rent price shall be paid by bank transfer. Extra costs and safety deposit (500 euro) shall be paid to the representative of the owner on arrival in cash. Safety deposit will be paid back on departure after the owner checks the villa and reassure that there were no damages in the villa and all duties are paid.

1. Every booking is confirmed by us immediately after receiving it;
2. We sends a Rental agreement for signing and an invoice. In relation with that, 25 % of the lease price becomes due (we expect You to pay the invoice within max 5 days);
3. The rest of the lease price must be paid 6 weeks before arrival;
4. In case the order is submitted later than 60 days before the start of the lease, the entire price must be paid immediately;
5. In case the entire amount is not paid on time, we have a right without a warning to cancel the lease contract.Enquire now
