About the home

Saint Raphaël, between Cannes and St Tropez, has developed from being just a little fishing village at the outset, into a well-known sea-side resort, sought after both for the rich variety of activities it offers and for its beautiful setting and desirable southern climate. The town centre of Saint Raphaël is particularly attractive being near the sea and also comprising different areas each with their own speciality.
Situated at the foot of the superb Esterel massif, Saint Raphaël offers a full range of sports and leisure activities. It is the ideal spot for water sports fanatics and also offers the possibility of a golfing holiday.
At the foot of the Esterel massif and less than 500 m from La Tortue beach, the Residence Les Mimosas is situated on the edge of the Boulouris residential area, only 100m from local shops and 3 km from the town centre of St Raphael.
At the heart of a 3-hectare park, planted with maritime pine trees, mimosas, oak trees and palm trees, it comprises 170 apartments, each with a terrace or balcony and divided up into little groups.
The following are at your disposal: outdoor, non-heated swimming pool and paddling pool, open from April to the end of September, sports ground, boules area, sauna/hammam/bubbling baths, with entrance fee, launderette (with charge) and outdoor car park (with limited number of places). Please also note that WIFI access is available in all accommodation, with extra cost payable to Reception.
From 02/07 to 31/08, a free children club will be on site for children aged between 4 and 11 years old, as well as free activities for teenagers for 12 to 15 years old.
The duplex apartment for 8 persons is approximately 53 m².The living room is equipped with a pullout bed for 2 persons.There is 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 cabins with door and little window each with bunk beds.The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, vitroceramic or electric hotplates, a micro-wave, and a dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with toilet.Each apartment has a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture.Some 2-roomed apartments for 4/5 persons are equipped for the disabled.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Var region

From Pramousquier to Italy for more than a hundred kilometres, the coastline is lettered in gold : Sainte Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Fréjus, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, San Remo. So many famous names and playground for the stars. Bright sunshine during the day or lively nights : opera, classical music, jazz at Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, cinema, or the green baize of the famous casinos where you're sure to spot a few celebrities. But don"t forget Fayence, a little medieval village perched up in the Var hinterland which enjoys an exceptional situation between sea and mountains (altitude 350 m), and offers an invigorating air in a dry and temperate climate. Famous sites such as the Verdon Canyons, Grasse with the International perfume Museum and factories. Cannes with the famous Croisette, the vieux port, Nice with The Promenade des Anglais, Matisse and Chagall Museums, or old Nice and the flower market. Even Monaco with The Princes Palace, the Oceanographique Museum, Aquarium and exotic garden. The Cote d"Azur has rocky inlets of incomparable beauty and long stretches of sandy beaches.
