Villa Carlotta is a beautiful house in a large and lush garden. It has a swimming-pool and a poolhouse with a BBQ, and also a small guesthouse that is sometimes rented out. together with the main house. The house sits at the top of a hill, in a quiet residential area. There are three golf courses within a short drive, and wonderful beaches are not far away.
The main house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace with a view over the garden and the mountains, and also an en-suite bathroom. The two other rooms, each with a double bed, share the second bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living-room with an open fireplace, a dining-room, a guest toilet, and a kitchen. Close by is the guesthouse, with a small double bed - or a large bed for one. Here too, there is a bathroom (shower). This one is normally not rented out, but could be on special agreement.
All along the house, there are shaded terraces and a couple of different eating-out areas. The pool and the garden are regularly looked after.

Nearby Saint Raphaël is a large seaside town, nestled up beside Fréjus, and located half way between Cannes and St Tropez. Saint Raphaël has sandy beaches, marinas, good shopping, and lots of dining possibilities. The area is also easy to get to, being close to the A8 autoroute, and the local railway station is a stop on the TGV line between Paris and Nice. The typical image of the village of Valescure is one of umbrella pines, a large well-kept estate, which is home to residences, private villas, prestige hotels and tourist residences. From Agay to Mandelieu, you will discover the coast road or "Corniche d'Or" with its wild landscapes and marvellous rocky creeks. There are many fine sandy beaches to discover throughout your stay. And also , the wine trail, perfume factories of Grasse, St Tropez, Cannes, Nice….
