Arrival time after 5 pm Saturday and departure time before 10 am Saturday. All reservations have to be accepted before confirmation: A 30% deposit is requested within 5 days of placing the booking. Total payment must be done 6 weeks prior the first day of reservation. A refundable damage deposit of 1000 € is also required at the same time. The deposit will be refund 10 days after the last day of your reservation date if no damage have been detected when inventory control will be done by the person which will welcome you and give you the keys. We are sorry but we don't not allow pets and smoking inside the villa.
