Les Coquellicots is an old style, luxurious detached house of immense charm and character. It has stunning sea views with a rocky mountain backdrop. Les Coquellicots is in a small cul-de-sac off the coast road at Antheor, a small village on the coast between St Raphael and Cannes
The house has four large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms. There are in all 5 WCs. The built up area of the house 300 square metres and it is in a plot of almost 2,000 square metres. There are gardens to the back, side and front of the house. The swimming pool is very large, measuring 15 metres by 8 metres and is heated. At the side of the swimming pool there is a summer kitchen which has a sink and to the right of the sink a built-in barbeque facility. At the end of the summer kitchen is a toilet and WC with a shower outside.

The french riviera is still one of the trendiest places to go, during summertime you can enjoy the various beach clubs between Nice and Saint Tropez. The villa is set in an idyllic environment since it's very calm yet you're only half an hour away from exciting Cannes and 15 min. away from Saint Raphaël where you find good restaurants, nice beach clubs, shops and you can practice all watersports.
Saint Raphael / Antheor area
Anthéor is one of the most beautiful villages along the Côte d'Azur since it is located between the deep blue mediterranean and the red rocks of the Esterel mountains. The top of the mountain is called "le Pic l'Ours" and guided tours are possible. A few kilometers from Anthéor you find the lovely village of Agay with several restaurants, beach clubs and shops. Anthéor is an outskirt of Saint Raphaël where you can find besides excellent restaurants also big supermarkets, musea, theatre and cinema. In summertime there is a market every evening on the boulevard.
How to get there
Nice International Airport is 45 min. away. We recommend to hire a car since the villa is set in a beautiful yet calm area. The villa has a private pool and you're only a few footsteps away from the beach but for sight seeing and shopping you will need a car.Several car hire companies are located on the airport but please contact me for any help.

Conditions
· Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. Alternative arrangements can be considered with prior arrangement. · The weekly charge includes linen, electricity, gas, water etc. There is a telephone for incoming calls only. Cleaning is charged at € 250 per stay. · A booking deposit of 30 % is required upfront with the balance payable 6 weeks before rental commences. A refundable security deposit of € 2000 is also required at that time. ·We allow small pets inside the villa.
