This beautiful modern villa situated on the Cote d'Or on the Riviera coast is available for summer holiday rentals as well as off season. Le Paradis is enticingly close to the sea and the views are some of the most romantic on the Cote d'Azur. Built in 2006, it offers every comfort and consists of two floors and a feeling of space. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard.
The villa is situated within easy distance to Cannes, Theoule, Saint- Raphael, Nice, Monaco and on to Italy and St Tropez. The villa has a balcony overlooking the sea, and terraces on two sides, with a private heated, swimming pool, summer kitchen and dining area,table for 10 guests. Wonderful sea views from most rooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, underfloor bathroom heating, flat screen TV. Sleeping up to 9 people , come and enjoy the best part of the Cote d'Azur.
