Guestbook for Le Chardy Farmhouse
Having stayed at Le Chardy farmhouse in august as a family holiday we found it to be a home from home. There is everything you need during your stay, with a good outside space, and plenty of sun bathing area. The house has a quiet rural location, with a patisserie in the local village, which was easy to find.
Near by is the Eguzon lake and village. The lake is great on a hot day with swimming and other water activities along with places to eat,the village has a good supermarket open 7 days a week.Being rural most places shut for lunch which takes a little getting your timing right. We visited some lovely villages, the most popular was Argenton-sur-Creuse with its good shops, a nice swimming pool, places to eat and just out of the town is a roman archaeological museum and to hyper markets.
There is good easy access to other attraction farthur afield.
We had a nice relaxing time, and found it to be a glimpse of real France. With the Travel we suggest a two week stay is best.
The Casey family.
