Home description
This beautiful and very spacious first floor apartment in Bugibba, Malta is extremely close to the centre of the resort with all of its amenities and is also approximately 200m from the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The apartment has 3 balconies all with a side sea view, 3 double bedrooms one with en-suite , a main bathroom, a large lounge and a solid oak kitchen with granite tops and granite table. The apartment is fully furnished with all appliances you would expect in a self catering apartment. It also has an internal yard and a lift right next to the apartment door.
The sea and the centre of the resort are literally 2 minutes walk away, there are numerous cafes, restaurants and bars but this is not a rowdy resort and not for groups of young people. It is ideal for families or couples. There is a lovely seafront promenade, which stretches for miles and again is only minutes from the apartment. There are beautiful beaches nearby, a fantastic splash park and much much more.

The Island of Malta region
Malta is a beautiful sunshine island loacted in the Mediterranean Sea just 60 miles south of Sicily. It is steeped in thousands of years of history and as an Ex British colony is a particularly welcoming to British Tourists. It has beautiful beaches, watersports, shops and endless cafes bars and restaurants.
Saint Paul's Bay / Bugibba area
Bugibba is a lively, warm and friendly resort with a beautiful seafront promenade, bars, restaurants, cafes, hotels and shops. It is not a resort for young groups but ideal for couples and families. A wonderful mix of local residents, tourists, dancing, music and shopping can be seen in Bugibba in the evenings. Bugibba now has a small artificial beach just a few hundred metres from the apartment and the very real and beautiful beaches of Meliha, Golden Sands and paradise bay are just 15 minutes drive or bus journey.
How to get there
Malta is easily accessible using one of many airlines. Ryanair fly every day from London Luton, Easyjet now fly from Manchester and Gatwick and Air Malta fly from Heathrow and Stanstead. These are just a sample of the services that fly to Malta. From Luqa airport in Malta the apartment is only 25 minutes away by car and if necessary I can arrange a local taxi firm to collect clients at the airport and take them to the apartment at a very reasonable cost.

Further details indoors: The apartment is fully furnished and has all necessary facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. It is very light and airy, is surprisingly large and can easily and comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. There is a TV and DVD player with a selection of English films and also a telephone. An intercom system is used to open the door to the apartment block .
Further details outdoors: 3 balconies all with side sea views.
Conditions
NOT suitable for groups of young holiday makers as the property is in a residential block. Families and couples only please.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Deposit of £50 per week will be required to secure booking and payment of the balance will be due 28 days before departure.
There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
