Apartment is situated mins from beach. Playground and snack bars are located 5 mins away. Bars and nightclubs are 10 mins walk. Loads of restaurants in area.

General Description about St Paul's Bay and its neighbours Bugibba and Qawra are Malta's largest, seaside resorts. They offer plentiful accommodation ranging from self-catering apartments to hotel complexes and a variety of nightlife and leisure options.

The coastline here has some wonderful open sea views and a vista across to St Paul's Island, where, according to legend, the ship carrying the Apostle is said to have been wrecked. Standing prominently on the isle is a large statue of the Apostle commemorating this legendary event.

St. Paul's Bay

The coastline promenade provides a long, though mostly level and easy walk from St Paul's Bay all the way to Qawra Point, with its tower and views over Salina Bay. St Paul's Bay started life as a small fishing village. The parish church, built in 1617, was carefully restored after suffering heavy damage in World War II.

Nearby is the Wignacourt Tower built in 1610 during the reign of Grand Master Alof de Wignacourt. It served as Malta's northern-most defensive outpost until fort St. Agatha was built in Mellieha in 1649. Today, it houses a small museum dedicated to Malta's rich military-architectural heritage.

St. Paul's Bay is Malta's largest popular summer resort and can be divided into four areas.

XEMXIJA - a quieter sunny area on the SE-facing side of St Paul's Bay, spread along the uphill road to Mellieha. A popular site for the more affluent Maltese to have their summer homes.

THE OLD TOWN - mainly residential with little tourist accommodation or amenities. There is still an old and picturesque little fishing harbour.

BUGIBBA - highly built-up area chock-a-block with mainly tourist class hotels and apartment blocks. Supporting shops, bars, cafés and amenities mostly sprawl along the unsophisticated seafront promenade.

QAWRA - a newer tourist area spreading from the Salina Bay coast to meet up with Bugibba. Again, highly built-up and with its somewhat smarter shops and amenities mostly along the seafront.

Of the above, the main areas are Bugibba and Qawra, both fronted by crowded bustling seafront promenades with blocks of look-alike apartment buildings.

"This is a superb oasis"

This apartment is almost perfect in every way. The view from the front balcony stretches along the coast road past Wignacourt Tower along Bugibba promenade to Qwara Point. To the left is St. Paul's Island and a friendly cafe/bar serving a delicious and varied menu is immediately below with access, via stone steps, into the calm, turquoise Mediterranean. The local area is mostly residential with many good restaurants, but a hectic nightlife is a 20 minute walk away. The apartment itself is superbly equipped, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean and is quiet and tranquil for a peaceful holiday. The bedrooms open out onto a rear balcony which catches the sun in the afternoon and evening so there is the opportunity to sunbathe all day if you want to. For Michael, the owner, nothing is too much trouble and he is rightly proud of this Maltese jewel. We have already booked for next year.

"everything was just perfect cant say a bad thing about this place it is fantastic"

mike the owner is so helpful and pleasant the flat is bigger than the photos show its well laid out and spacious with quality fittings and fixturers. plenty of towels,sheets.the beds were very comfortable and air con exellent, even sat tv (enjoyed watching tcm movies in english.) kitchen is well equipped and the view from the balcony is like a postcard which looks down onto the harbour,(went swimming here everyday lovely.) the flat is quiet and no noise from the neighbours the building inside and out very clean and tidy. i highly recommend this place
