The penthouse measures 90 square meters and is tastefully decorated to give you that perfect summer feeling. Once you enter you find yourself in an open plan kitchen/ living/ dining area which leads onto a spacious terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco as well as sunbeds to soak up the sun. With one double bedroom plus a very comfortable double sofa bed the penthouse is ideal for couples, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. The penthouse also has another small bedroom which has bunk beds in it and which would be ideal for kids. WiFi is available in the penthouse upon request.

Saint Paul's Bay
The St. Paul's Bay area is relatively small and is easy to get around on foot. It's virtually impossible to get lost in Bugibba as most roads lead to the coast. If you're lost and find yourself in the residential part of Bugibba, the locals are both friendly and approachable and will gladly give you directions.
A well-paved promenade connects Qawra to St. Paul's Bay, going through the centre of Bugibba.
At the St. Paul's Bay end of the promenade, you'll come to a small but picturesque harbour with some of the traditionally-painted boats. This harbour also looks out onto St. Paul's Island, where St. Paul was reportedly shipwrecked in the 1st Century A.D.
Being more to the northwest than Valletta and Sliema one has quicker access to northern beaches such as Mellieha, and the islands Comino and Gozo. A ferry boat crosses over to Gozo from Cirkewwa, Malta approx every 20 mins. Visiting the Red Fort is an option as are the considerably quieter beaches on the north-west coast; Paradise beach (near Cirkewwa), Ghajn Tuffieha and next to it Golden Bay near the calm village of Mgarr (not to be confused with its namesake on Gozo).
Bugibba comes alive at night. There are only a few clubs, located near the main square, for those seeking an active nightlife but, for those wanting a more relaxed holiday, there are plenty of quiet bars where you can have a drink and a chat. Live entertainment is abundant and most hotels don't mind non-guests coming in to watch. Karaoke is offered in some bars along Tourist Street (Triq it-Turisti on Maltese street signs) for those with less inhibitions than singing talent. .
Beaches: Rocky Beaches in Bugibba itself , but nearby Mellieha, Ghadira, ,Ghajn Tuffieha,Paradise Bay are all very close and offer sandy beaches
Shopping: All shopping is possible in Bugibba
Entertainments: Live Entertainment in Some restaurants, Water Sport entertainment, Some discos and Cinemas are available in Bugibba
Eating out: Varied - International Cuisine, from Turkish Kebabs, Chinese, American, Italian ,French and Maltese cuisine

"It was like "coming home""
We stayed at this apartment, for the second time, and were certainly not disappointed. It was every bit as good as we had remembered and as soon as we arrived we felt that we had "come home". Alison is so helpful and provides special 'goodies' to be enjoyed during your stay. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to, next time.

"great penthouse great host"
the apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos.It is placed in a great location 5 mins from the sea. Alison is a great host with lots of good information of places and things to do.
Bugibba is a good place to stay with good shops Restaurants and bus links to the whole island. if going to apartment by bus from airport get of at qroll walk 20 yards turn left up the road turn left at top by supermarket/shop regents court 50 yards on right.

"Such a lovely apartment and even lovelier owner"
We stayed at the Penthouse for 2 weeks in July/August 2013. Me, my partner and our two children aged 11 and six. From booking to arrival Alison was really helpful. She gave us some brilliant local information, arranged our transfers and even booked me and two friends a hairdressers appointment. When we arrived Alison had arranged a complimentary basket of food and drinks. She also, very kindly, gave us all a little welcome gift. The children were over the moon with their little present and it made us feel really welcome. Alison was on hand for the full two weeks but fortunately we didn't need to bother her. The apartment is a good size and very well decorated and equipped. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Its close enough to Bugibba Square to be convenient but not too close as to be noisy. We used the pool over the road a few times and found the daily charge (10 euro for four of us) very reasonable. Also the food there is very nice. Would recommend this to anyone staying in the Penthouse. We would definitely return here anytime.

"A lovely place to stay."
Alison, the owner, was extremely helpful from our making enquiries about the property to vacating the penthouse at the end of our stay. The penthouse is spacious for two people and has most things that a holidaymaker would require with the exception of a toaster and electric kettle. The kettle that goes on the hob we found to be very dangerous as the handle is loose. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and, for me, the place was not as clean as I would have liked for the amount we paid to stay there.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our property. All feedback is extremely valued. With regards to the toaster and an electric kettle they are not listed as items to be found in the penthouse. There is a standard kettle though if you specifically required an electric one then we would have certainly accommodated you with an electric kettle and or toaster as we have accommodated previous guests when they asked for a coffee machine, high chair, or any other needs that were asked for. With regards to the cleanliness I myself consider it to be the most important factor when renting out a place and the penthouse is very well cared for as also noted by other guests and our repeated guests who have stayed at the penthouse on numerous occassions. All laundry was freshly laid, and as always an additional set was provided in case of accidents. Towels were provided in excess, a new bath mat and a new shower curtain were laid out in the shower room. Toilet paper proivded in excess in bathroom cabinet together with some toiletries to use at your disposal.Dishcloth, new scourer and kitchen sink sponge always provided together with washing up liguid soap and other detergents placed under the sink to use should the need arise. Garbage bin lined with garbage bag and excess provided under the sink. If it's something to do which is out of my control such as having some dust on windows /railings following a windy night before your arrival and which i would have still cleaned yet dust would have still gathered on some grooves of the apertures, then i'm sorry, other than that maybe you could have pinpointed what it was exactly that was bothering you,for we communicated throughout your stay a number of times, you confirming to me that everything was great, but if you felt something was not up to your standard then we could have seen to your specific needs without hesitation :-) Please feel free to contact me should you need any assistance. "Exellent and recomended to everybody"
My wife and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for one week in May 2013. We loved staying there every minute - wonderful terrace (where we took early sunbathing), top floor (so you have excellent view and nobody over you), well equipped kitchen with all utensils, big and very comfortable bed (you spend 1/3 of your vacation in bed so it has to be good:) , good location with bus stops nearby and short walk to Buggiba center.
We especially were touched with nice welcome pack (including a bottle of nice local wine) prepared by apartment owner.
Last but not least - Alison (owner) came to airport herself to pick-up us in the middle of night and on the way gave us short but informative knowledge what to see and what to do in Malta.
Definitely recommended to everybody!

"bugibba penthouse in malta very good"
Siamo stati in malta in ottobre con mio marito e mio figlio di 5 anni,l'appartamento è molto bello ,spazioso .comodo a tutti i servizi del quartiere ,è come appare nelle foto ,pieno di luce e tranquillità. Nella zona ci sono diversi negozi dove fare la spesa con buoni prezzi, si arriva al centro ,alla piazzetta in 10 minuti apiedi come pure al mare,inoltre ci sono tante fermate degli autobus pubblici vicino a cas per girare malta,come i maltesi !Alison la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile in tutto,una persona davvero piacevole, spero di tornare presto e consiglio vivamente a tutti una vacanza a casa di Alison.Sandra

Firstly, reality matched the description.Beautiful apartment, very tastefully decorated and full of sun light. .This property was extremely well located - close to the beach and lovely promenade.The terrace with sea veiw provides very good fresh air circulation. The beach is perfect for kids - it is clean, sandy and There are several fantastic small cute restaurants & bars on the doorstep,as well as grocery store & fruit shop. Our whole experience, from contacting Alison to departing was was without stress. She provided absolutely first-class help for our entire stay. Highly recommend this lovely apartment- many thanks Alison!
