The Villa is located just two minutes’ by car from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of French Riviera's best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only two minutes from the larger resorts such as la "promenade des Anglais", the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private indoor jacuzzi hot tub, perfect for the children. Leading from the living room , furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

My house is five minutes on foot from the beaches and is claose to a great centre for shopping.
