5 mins walk to Spinola Bay (Family Area)- and a short walk to Paceville (Night-life Area), this apartment is perfectly located and ideal for any type of holiday maker. You can choose to have a quiet relaxing holiday, you can let go and enjoy the super party scene at Paceville, you can visit the best restaurants, you can walk to a rocky beach or to a sandy beach, and if you want to explore the island, you are just off the main motorway of the island.

The property consists of a front yard, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or an evening dinner outdoors. The entrance leads to the dining area and then to the living area (fan provided), complete with Cable TV and Wireless Internet.

There are 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. There is one bathroom.

Wifi and cable tv are provided. Lined and blankets included.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed each, and there are 2 single beds in the third bedroom.

The kitchen is well equipped, including washing machine, well sized fridge / freezer, cooker and oven.A new kitchen has been installed 2011. The mosaic-tiled bathroom is modern and a heating is provided (rarely needed).

The apartment caters for 6 persons. I am always on call and will help with any queries.... Personal Attention is Guaranteed.

High Chair, Baby Bed etc can be provided on demand.

Bed Sheets / Blankets provided

Towels NOT provided

All necessary equipment is included, if there are any special demands feel free to ask about possibility in your request.

The front yard is ideal for breakfast, for dinner and barbecues however in summer it is too sunny for lunch. It can also be enjoyed from the living area.

The apartment is situated in a residential area, therefore, especially at nights, one should respect the neighbours and shouting etc are disrespectful.

Prices are based on a group of 2 persons, please add 10eur per extra person.

The apartment will be given in a clean state and should be handed back in a clean state.

The booking fee (part of the rent) is not refundable, but the damage deposit is fully refundable.

Winter long-term rents are highly discounted.

The Island of Malta region

Malta is an island located exactly in the middle of the Meditteranean Sea. It enjoys a nice climate, mild cool winters with some rain, and long dry summers, of which August is the hottest months. The country is very rich in history, with prehistoric temples dating to 3500BC, Roman remains, Mediaval Cities and Valletta in itself is a UN protected town.

The country also boasts some of the most vibrant nightlife in Europe, Paceville which is in St.Julians, is a night-life mecca full of tourists and locals. It is one of the safest holiday countries in the world, and many people return just to enjoy the warmth of the people and the laid back Mediterrenean life.

Saint Julian's

St.Julians is the top tourist / foreign resident location in Malta. Conveniently located close to main motorway in Malta, and just 8km away from the airport, it boasts the best hotels on the island, and is also the liveliest, much livelier than the capital city Valletta.

The attraction is that once you are in St.Julians, you can choose anyway how to enjoy your holiday. You can enjoy the fine dining and the lovely open-air terrace restaurants, enjoying spectacular views of Spinola Bay. You can walk up to Paceville (the top night-life area of the island, and one of the best in the world) where there is an endless amount of bars, clubs, street life, all concentrated in one area.

Or else you can just walk to the beach, rocky (Balluta Bay) with clear blue seas, or sandy where you can just chill out and meet people, let the children play, and have a nice cooling dip in the refreshing waters of St.Georges Bay. You can also decide to walk to Sliema along the coastline promenade, having a dip or a drink along the way.

Or else you can catch one of the direct buses which can take you to some of the attractions of the island, places like Mdina, Valletta, Prehistoric Temples, or else just choose to take a tour. You can also take day tours to Gozo ro Comino (Azure Window in Gozo and Blue Lagoon in Comino are highly recommended). There are also activities close by, the Golf Course is a Marsa (8km away) and Diving is highly recommended in Malta, due to the very clear blue seas and easy access (you can also dive on World War 2 planes/ships).

A Water Park is a short bus ride away at Bahar ic-Caghaq. While all these activities may sound like the town is some hectic place, the town is serene and slow-moving, and the areas just off Spinola Bay, where this apartment is situated, are very very quiet and very safe.

ST.JULIANS IS THE PLACE TO BE IN MALTA, ideal for both family holidays and party holidays.

Hi D and family, Thanks for visiting Malta and staying at my apartment, and thanks for the review. Parking is not easy anywhere in Sliema or St.Julians and this location is relatively good for parking:) Unless anyone wants to have the freedom of a car to explore the island, we would suggest to walk to the centre and use the cheap public transport as St.Julians area is very busy and parking and traffic can be issues especially after 20.00hrs. The lane way is an advantage that makes the road very quiet and safe, however it is good to be well prepared for arrival ( I provide instructions ).

"Excelent Comfortable stay in a quiet residential area"

.We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was clean tidy and in a quiet location but still has all the amenities within 5 / 10 minute walk. I would definitely go back and definitely recommend.The owner is very welcoming and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a comfortable stay. He is very honest and very helpful. A pleasure to business with !
