Portomaso is a state of the art residential Marina complex development within St. Julians, voted best in Europe 2001. Where certain celebrities and high profile people have bought property here, the complex revolves around a man-made, 110 berth marina, which is home to some very expensive boats and yachts. Around the Portomaso Marina you will find alfresco cafes and restaurants, a beach club, Casino, fitness centre, squash, tennis, available to Portomaso residents and guests at reduced cost. Portomaso 25 story Tower is clearly visible from most parts of the island and by air, when approaching Malta International airport. Spinola, Balluta and St. Georges bay are all within easy walking distance of Portomaso, offering plenty of dining establishments from fast food to quality fine dining to alfresco cafes.
