The apartment is brand new and fully air-conditioned, situated on the second floor, in a small block of four flats. It comprises of an entrance to a well-lit and spacious air-conditioned living & dining-room and newly fitted Italian kitchen with all appliances (cooker, oven, dishwasher, cooker hood, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster & kettle. There is also a bathroom, one twin room and a double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe (both bedrooms are air-conditioned) and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron board & iron. This apartment has front and back balconies and is equipped with cable TV, WIFI internet, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and all necessary utensils. The furniture, domestic appliances and soft furnishings are brand new.
The apartment is very well located, situated in a peaceful and safe residential area, close to all amenities (supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher, fishmonger, green grocer, bakery, banks / ATMs, pharmacy and bus stops ~ buses go to places of interest and popular local attractions. It's just 15 minutes walk from St. Julian's centre (beach, water park, promenade, cafes, restaurants, shopping mall, fitness centres & wellness spas, bowling alley, cinemas, casinos, lounge bars and nightclubs).
This apartment is ideally located for both families and single travellers, wishing to stay close to the main entertainment area, but at the same time away from the noise.

In order to secure bookings a deposit of 35% is required on confirmation, whilst the remaining balance is payable in cash on arrival. A refundable security deposit of €250 is payable on arrival against damages and it will be refunded on the last day of the holiday, after the apartment is inspected, services are paid & keys are returned.
Preferred deposit payment 35% bank transfer &/or SEPA payment must be received within 5 days of confirmation of booking.
The rates include utilities (water, electricity & gas consumption up to €20 per week, which is generally sufficient for average consumption/usage) & FREE use of WIFI internet & Cable TV.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 14:00 and the check-out is at 10.00. However, if there are no arrivals & departures on the same day, check-in/out time can be flexible.

Swieqi is a small, peaceful and safe residential area situated just 10 to 15mins walk from Paceville and St.Julian's. St Julian's (Maltese: San ?iljan) is a town in Malta situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta. It is known for tourism-oriented businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and nightclubs which are centred mainly in an area known as Paceville. The town is subdivided into informal districts which are Paceville, Ta' ?iorni, Tal-G?oqod, St Andrew's, Swieqi as well as the regions surrounding St George's Bay, Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay, and Il-Qaliet cliffs. St Julian's is a popular town, usually flowing with tourists, especially during the summer months. It is also a well-sought after destination by the Maltese.
