The apartment consists of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom and a kitchen living area.

The apartment is very well lit, having an entrance hall leading to one side to a twin bedroom and on the other side two family bathrooms one with a shower closure and one with a bath. Both bathrooms being very spacious.

Following through the apartment, one can find an internal courtyard on one side where it gets a lot of natural light from it.

Also the apartment has a further large master bedroom fully air-conditioned and a further single bedroom to which the 2nd bed (folding one) can be added at no extra costs for the 6th person to sleep in.

Furthermore, it has a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen leading to a well lit living area, fully air-conditioned, which leads to a sunny balcony over another street having an outdoor a seating area for 4 persons.

This apartment is just a minutes away from the St Julians promenade which is full of shops, restaurants by the sea, ice cream parlours, internet cafes, daily cruise ships round Malta, or ferry boats that take you to the capital city Valletta.

The promenade is ideal for walking or jogging. It is a great area to relax and enjoy the great panorama with boats passing by. The beaches are located just opposite the apartment and are ideal for swimming or sunbathing.

St Julians is also famous for its sprawling night-life, with pubs, cinemas and entertainment centres minutes away.

The Island of Malta region

Set on the St Julians Prominade this apartment is set in one the best locations in Malta. St Julian's is now an extension of Sliema although it started life as a small fishing port based on Spinola and Balluta Bays. Like Sliema, it is now a major residential and tourist centre, and home to some of Malta's newest hotels. St Julian's merges with Paceville, Malta's main night-life centre where there are clubs, casinos and numerous restaurants, cafes and bars.

Picturesque Spinola Bay is still used by fishermen whose traditional boats are housed just below the restaurants. The bay is particularly attractive at night and as a venue for open-air dining. The elegant Spinola Palace, built in 1658 by an Italian knight, Giovanni Spinola, is the landmark historic building on the bay. Another fine building with superb sea views is Villa Dragonara, now a casino, on the headland of St George's Bay.
