This villa is all about family fun. It is located in a private road giving the villa a peaceful environment which is at the same time very central, set right between Sliema and St.Julians, however, a car is recommended because it makes exploring all the island much easier and interesting and the villa has its own car port allowing easy parking.
The villa has all the facilities that one can wish for when on holiday, being in a great location and also at a great price. The villa is set on 3 floors having a driv- in with a spacious front garden. The entrance leads to a hall way which leads to a games room on the left hand side which includes full size table tennis, air hockey and professional dart board. On the right side, of the entrance hall, there is a staircase which that takes you up to the 1st floor.
On the 1st floor, there is a spacious hall where there is a full-size billiard table. On the left-hand side, of the hall, there is the lounge area which has a very large dining table with a seating area for 12 people but can comfortably sit 15 people. At the other end of the room there is the sitting area with a 40 inch LED TV with cable TV and dvd player. With a seating are for 10 people. Moreover, there is a main door which leads to the iconic part of the villa...the outdoor area.
The outdoor area consists of a pool area and a bbq area. The bbq area has a seating area for 6 people and also fully equipped with a gas bbq. On the other side, there is an area covered with synthetic turf together with a canopy, having also space for a couple of sun-beds. Also this area makes it an ideal play area for kids. On the other side, there is the pool which can be accessed though a gate which can be closed if one has young kids for safety. Next to the pool there is an area covered with synthetic turf and with a couple of sun-beds as well.
Back to the inside, on the other right-hand side of the hall of the1st floor , there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen has a 6-seater breakfast table and is fully equipped for any kind of cooking. Also on the same floor there is a family bathroom with a bath tub and further more a spacious twin bedroom.
Not least when comes to sleeping, the staircase leads to the 2nd floor where there are further 4 bedrooms all with parquet flooring. On the left hand-side of the spacious hall, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom together with a family bathroom with shower cubicle. On the right-hand side, there are further 2 bedrooms one double and another twin. Also next to them there is another family bathroom with bath tub and a shower cubicle. All bedrooms on the 2nd Floor are fully air conditioned.

Malta has for sure earned a reputation more as a great holiday destination. A few days off the beaches will give you time to explore the bustling street of Valletta, the charm walled capital Mdina, the many attractive stone-built towns and the wonderful villages that demonstrate the quieter side of Mediterranean life.

The property is located in a villa area on the outskirts of St.Julians and Sliema, this area is quiet yet just 5 minutes away from St. Julians in one direction and 5 minutes to Sliema in the opposite direction where one finds the seafront promenade where there are shopping centres. Sliema and the coastline up to neighboring St Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal resort. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and caf'e life. Sliema is pronounced 'sleeyma' and sometimes mistakenly pronounced 'selima' by tourists.
Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area and houses several of Malta's most recent Shopping Malls, full of shops, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, Internet cafes, and day cruise boats.The road continues north to St. Julians and Paceville and southward towards the Strand Gzira, Ta Xbiex , Msida and Valletta. Sliema, coming from the word Sliem ,meaning 'peace', was once a fishing town on the peninsula across Grand Harbour from Valletta. The town began to develop rapidly in the early 20th century as a summer resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quiet, inland streets. The Sliema promontory offers on one side stunning views across to Valletta and on the other, open sea views. The promenade, which runs for several kilometers from Gzira just south of Sliema to St Julian's, is ideal for walkers and joggers. There are plenty of seats along the promenade and on summer evenings the seafront becomes a sociable meeting place for locals. The coastline has two tower fortifications: a De Redin watch tower built in the 17th century; the other was built by the British in neo-gothic style in the 1880s. For those having young children, the Sliema promenade has a number of gardens and playgrounds were the children can spend some time playing.
