This apartment is ideal for those who love to manage life easily. It is fully equipped with a state of the art kitchen, which includes, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob and a very beautiful social Island in the middle of the dining area.

It is over 170 square metres and therefore has ample space for ease and comfort. The apartment is serviced by a lift - and a garage is also available for anyone who wishes to rent a car - in an area where normally it is quite hard to find a parking space. A beautiful terrace overlooks the Mensija Road, which leads straight to Spinola Bay - the best dining area in Malta - and 10 minutes away on foot - from Paceville - the clubbiest point in Malta. Distance for swimming is 5 - 10 minutes on foot in either direction

The apartment which is quite large - has one Master bedroom with a 5ft bed and ensuite and a second bedroom with two single beds and a seperate bathroom. In the living area the leather sofa converts into a double bed for a further 2 persons. The dining area includes a table for six persons and the kitchen is more than ample to service a whole family with large fridge and freezer and also a washing machine. The apartment is serviced by a lift. We offer a complimentary service of stocking up your fridge for no additional costs other than the cost of your required shopping list. A maid service is also available upon request.

The Maltese archipelago lies virtually at the centre of the Mediterranean, with Malta 93km south of Sicily and 288km north of Africa. The archipelago consists of three islands: Malta, Gozo and Comino with a total population of 400,000 inhabitants over an area of 316sq km and a coastline of 196.8km (not including 56.01 km for the island of Gozo).

Malta is the largest island and the cultural, commercial and administrative centre. Gozo is the second largest island and is more rural, characterised by fishing, tourism, crafts and agriculture while Comino is largely uninhabited.

With superbly sunny weather, expansive beaches, a thriving nightlife and 7,000 years of intriguing history, there is a great deal to see and do. With a little help from any guidebook, captivating places of interest are immediately identified – the world famous Hypogeum selected as a place of World Heritage by UNESCO, prehistoric temples and grand palaces are but a few.

Saint Julian's

St Julian's (Maltese: San Giljan) is a town in Malta situated along the coast, north of the country's capital, Valletta. It is known for tourism-oriented businesses, such as hotels, restaurants and nightclubs, centred mostly in an area known as Paceville.

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses.

The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casino , restaurants and other entertainment.

The town is subdivided into informal districts which are Paceville, Ta' Giorni, Tal-Ghoqod, St Andrew's, as well as the regions surrounding St George's Bay, Spinola Bay, Balluta Bay, and Il-Qaliet cliffs.

St Julian's is a popular town, usually flowing with tourists, especially during the summer months. It is also a well-sought after destination by the Maltese.

The population of Saint Julian's is 7,667 people (Nov 2005).

The town has only one skyscraper, the 98m tall Portomaso Tower.

"Fantastic place to stay! Stay here. Beautiful, clean, spacious, full stocked and perfect location!"

Wonderful stay. The owners were very helpful with all we needed (Taxi transfers, storing our luggage as we arrived early, etc). The apartment was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures and very spacious, easily accommodating 5 people. Everything was very clean and modern, with TV and internet. Even had towels and beach towels. The location was perfect, 3 minutes from the bay and less than 10 from Paceville, the "going out area". Close enough to walk, but not so close that you heard any noise. Thank you so much for such a great stay in Malta.

"Everything we needed."

We have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Malta, this being our first time staying in an apartment rather than a hotel. Mensija Apartments are situated in a good location with easy access to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was larger than we expected, it is light and airy and tastefully decorated, furnished with everything needed for our stay.
Added bonuses were the airport transfers and a visit halfway through our stay for housekeeping duties,
Mariella and Nic were really helpful and answered any questions we had.
We hope to stay again in the future.

"Great location, great service, perfect apartment."

Our stay at the Mensija Apartments was fantastic! The location of the apartment is approx.4 mins walk from bars, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, bus stops and the promenade walk etc. It's also only 10mins walk to Paceville busy nightlife but far enough away that it's lovely and quiet at the apartment.

The booking with Mariella was easy and hassle free, and she was so quick to answer our questions and process the booking.

The included transfers were a lovely touch and really helps you to start the holiday stress free, straight away. The apartment is exactly as you see it in the pictures on the advert, which is really refreshing! It is spacious, clean and modern with everything you could possibly need. Great attention to detail has been paid to the apartment; it has everything you could possibly need - from a washing machine (complete with washing liquid & conditioner), wifi, salt & pepper, tea & coffee, bin bags, iron board, hairdryer, shower gel, hand wash, first aid kit, towels, all modern appliances..and there was even a bowl of fresh fruit when we arrived (perhaps we just got lucky)!!

We found the service to be friendly and professional; we just had a small problem with the wifi and Nick was really responsive to our call and came round as soon as possible to solve the problem, and he was really helpful with questions we had about the area etc.

We have already recommeded this apartment to friends who are booking, and we will definately book this apartment again next time we visit Malta. Thank you!!

"will be coming back"

the location to begin with is excellent, Malta is known for the variety of activities one can indulge in and the location of this apartment is certainly ideal for the young and old alike, with nightlife and walks on the sea front just a stone's throw away. Transfers were timely and effective, the owner very easy to deal with and abundantly helpful.

Malta is a gem, this spacious apartments in a central location certainly allows for the island's full enjoyment. Highly recommended.
