This lovely, bright and modern finished penthouse forms part of a modern block with lift located in a quite area of St. Julian's, but at the same within walking distance to necessary amenities most of which are; pharmacy, supermarket, church, bus stage, fast food chains and A La Carte restaurants. Public and private hospitals are reachable with a 5 minute drive. This penthouse enjoys ample natural light and is fully air-conditioned.
Within 5 minutes walk you are at Spinola Bay where you can enjoy a relaxing walk by the promenade, eat in one of the many excellent restaurants/pubs/cafeterias, or take a swim in one of the beautiful beaches which are within walking distance. Up the road from Spinola Bay is Paceville. At Paceville one will find an infinite amount of pubs, clubs and street life.
This penthouse consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining overlooking a relaxing sunny terrace, with deckchairs, BBQ facilities and garden furniture where you can enjoy a romantic evening. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave oven as well as all cooking utensils and crockery. Adjoining is a dining room which has a seating for 4 to 6 people. The living area consists of a sofa, a 42” LCD TV with cable connection and DVD player.
This property sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are connected to a large back balcony, part of which can be used for laundry. This penthouse also has a luggage/laundry room where you will find an automatic washing machine, ironing board and a steam iron. FREE WIFI connection covers the whole property. An interconnecting street level car space is also available next to the lift. The entrance to the block is easily accessible with no steps.

The Island of Malta region
Malta is a small island situated in the Mediterranean Sea with a population of 400,000. The fact that the English language is our second spoken language makes it easier to go around the island; an island considered as very tourist friendly and safe. Although small, Malta boasts of various historical monuments and 9 UNESCO World Heritage sites. Malta's currency is Euro.
Malta's warm climate makes it a favoured tourist destination. During the summer months the weather is hot and sunny especially during July and August, where you can enjoy the island's beautiful and relaxing beaches. The winter months are mild with some rain. January and February are considered to be the only cold months.
Located along the northeast coast, St Julian's is one of the most popular and relaxing locations on the island. Spinola Bay is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants with alfresco dining overlooking the fantastic views of the bay. You can enjoy a relaxing and lovely walk by the promenade, or take a swim in one of the swimming zones which are all within walking distance. Up the road, you will come across Paceville, the place where all the nightlife takes place. Its Malta's leading entertainment district, where you can dance the night away.
Though you might consider renting a car to explore the island, St. Julian's is a hub for direct public transport routes leading to all Malta's main attractions – The Capital City Valletta, which has become a candidate European Capital of Culture (ECoC) for 2018, Mdina – The Ancient Silent Medieval City, Mellieha Bay, Golden Bay, Prehistoric temples amongst many others.
From St Julian's you can also take direct public transport to Cirkewwa from where you can enjoy a ferry trip which leaves every 30 minutes (during the peak season) to explore the picturesque island of Gozo. In Cirkewwa you can also take a short boat ride to visit the beautiful island of Comino with its blue lagoon.
Malta has become a popular attraction for divers. It has recently been rated within the top 3 dive destinations worldwide. The diversity of dive sites wrecked with historical importance and crystal clear waters are all keys points for the recognition of Malta as an internationally renowned destination for any level of divers.
