The sea front from Ta' Xbiex to St Julian's, offers stunning views of the Valletta fortifications and is ideal for a stroll or a jog. Paceville ( which is 10 minutes away from the apartment ) offers a vibrant nightlife to suit all tastes such as discotheques, piano bars and even a casino. Spinola Bay in St. Julian's, however, is still used by fishermen and you can savour the fresh catch of the day from the many restaurants in this area.

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. This village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julian's is a village for all ages and walks of life.

Thank you for your review. Water pressure is generally low in Malta owing to the system adopted locally. Linen and towels are continually replaced owing to wear and tear. We are pleased that you found the apartment to your satisfaction and clean. Thank you once again.

"Overall - great and would stay there again if we're back in Malta!"

My boyfriend and I stayed at Graham's apartment for a week in April 2014.

The apartment was exactly as described and very clean and tidy. It is very spacious and there is more than enough room for two people. There's a full kitchen and dining table, as well as a table and two chairs on the balcony (which gets the sun in the afternoon/evening). It was also really useful to have wi-fi included.

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minute walk down to the sea front where there's a big supermarket and bus stops. We used the buses all week, which cost us €6 for two week passes!

We had excellent communication via email with Graham throughout, and always got a response to any queries very quickly (usually without about 10 minutes!). Our pick-up at the airport was fantastic and cost €19. The taxi driver, Paul, was waiting at the arrivals lounge holding a sign with our name, drove us to the apartment and showed us where everything was. Paul was very friendly and helpful and we also used his services to take us to and from the port to get the catamaran to Sicily.

Overall - great and would stay there again if we're back in Malta!

Thank you very much for your very positive on my apartment which is really appreciated.

Regarding the second part of your review I would like to clarify the position without making an issue out of it or it sounding as one:
- Although I own an estate agency the apartments advertised belong to me so there is no association with my estate agency and the apartments advertised. The relation is direct.
- The driver arrived at the airport on Saturday 27th July and waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes ( from 12.45 pm till 14.15 pm ) - all passengers on the plane left the airport.
- To be precise, your email was sent at 13.27 pm and not as claimed at 10.00 am but I was out for the day without access to emails. Since you did not receive a reply, it is highly obvious that the email was not read and a phone call would have been a good option so as not to keep the driver waiting.
- Surely it is not our fault that you did make a print out of the email with transfer instructions containing our telephone contact number, the number of the driver and the address of the apartment.
- When the lady ( Caroline ) at the tourist information desk called the first time I did not have my mobile on me since I was swimming but returned the call within a few minutes. This is how we got in contact and the driver came to the airport within 30 minutes.

"Excellent Value in Balluta Bay"

exactly as advertised. The owner's conduct in business is clear cut and immediate, making it a state of the art transaction with no problem at all. Best location by and yet so close to balluta bay, 100m to bus stop from which one can go through the whole of malta.
Excellent level of infrastructure, facilities. One of the best sleeps during my travels (bed matress and feel)
Only downsides: -linen have started to wear off,would be much more nice if they were newer -when it is very windy something above and outside the apt makes a repeated noise.
Overall:An excellent choice with high value added, we enjoyed to the highest extent.

"Penthouse, Cloisters Walk, St. Julians, Malta"

penthouse in the Cloisters Walk is a very nice and modern.
the location is very quiet and a couple of steps away from the centrum st. julians.
Staff very friendly tenants. recommended!

"Lovely apartment in a fantastic location - we loved it!"

I arranged the booking with Graham via email. All contact was efficient and clear. The booking process was very easy. My daughter and I loved the apartment and the location and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta. The apartment was very clean and modern and had a lift which was a bonus, particularly with heavy luggage. There is a nice balcony with lovely views. Great to enjoy breakfast there before heading off for the day.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the waterfront with lots of great restaurants nearby. There is a good supermarket just around the corner. We used the local buses most of the time and found it very easy to get around the island with bus stops very close by. You can purchase all-day bus passes which are a cost-saver as well. Sliema is just up the road and great for restaurants and shopping.

We were met at the airport by Graham's driver Paul. Paul was absolutely fantastic and had a luxury vehicle. He assisted us greatly on our first day in particular, driving us to a busy festival which we were keen to attend. He also arranged to pick us up again later in the evening. Paul was very courteous and friendly. We booked him again to take us to the airport on departure. I cannot recommend him highly enough and will certainly be referring our family and friends to him when they visit Malta.

On our last day in Malta we went to a traditional Maltese restaurant in Mosta called Ta' Marija. It was a most enjoyable night with great authentic Maltese food, wine and entertainment. The restaurant also arranged transport to and from the restaurant for us. You will need to book and also enquire which nights the entertainment is available.

Everything was to our satisfaction at Cloisters Walk, St Julians!

"Wow wow wow amazing beautiful apartment ..."

We had never been to malta so didn't know what expect .. St Julian's bay is a beautiful harbour with everything you could wish for and very friendly wherever you go . We booked an apartment in cloisters walk , owned by graham who we found on the Internet . From the moment we landed we were looked after and taken straight to our holiday home .. We were both taken back at how modern clean and comfortable it was , highly recommend it to all our family and friends . Thanks once again to graham .
