This bright and airy corner ground floor maisonette is in the sleepy and quiet new area of Pembroke which is just off St.Julians. The property is just a 7 minute walk away from a rocky secluded beach and the sandy blue flag St.Georges Bay and various 5 star hotels and beach clubs and the varied restaurants, bars and clubs of Paceville and St.Julians.
It is ideal for a relaxing and quiet holiday yet it is near enough to where all the action and fun is, but away from the noise.
The Bus stop is only 1 minute away with Arriva Buses passing by every 12 minutes which take you to St.Julians, Sliema, Valletta, Rabat, University, Zabbar and the rest of the island. A day ticket costs just €2.60 euro.
The property consists of a front and side garden and a back terrace overlooking the street below. It has a double bedroom, a single bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the sitting room. So it can sleep 5 persons easily. It has a sitting room, bathroom with shower, a spare toilet / laundry room, and a large kitchen/dining/living area. The back terrace and side garden are ideal to relax, read or sunbathe.
Two minute's walk from the Apartment one can find a small Supermarket, a Stationery and a Pharmacy.

Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance is to be paid on arrival.
A refundable breakages deposit of €120 euros (100 sterling) is required on arrival but will be refunded on departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Pembroke is a quiet residential area next to St.Julians which is the main tourist area. It is just a few minutes away from the sandy St.Georges Bay, which is a blue flag beach.
St.Julians is a trendy town with a good number of five star hotels and beach lidos. It is renowned for the large number of restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. A good number of these restaurants have open air terraces and great views where you can dine ‘al fresco’. This area is also known for the throbbing nightlife having a large number of clubs and bars in the area known as Paceville.
St.Julians is on the main bus route to Valletta. A short bus ride or walk around the seafront will take you to Sliema which is a cosmopolitan town and shopping centre. From there one can take a harbour cruise or a boat trip to Valletta or Comino. There are also many pavement Cafes where one can relax and do some people watching.
The Bus stop is only 1 minute walk away from the property. Arriva buses no 13 take you to St.Julians, Sliema and Valletta and pass every 12 minutes while Bus no 120 takes you across the island to Zabbar.

"Comfortable, convenient - a proper home from home."
I'd thoroughly recommend this rental. We had everything we needed in a comfortable, roomy environment. It was great to find the essentials: salt, sugar, washing up liquid, washing powder, baking foil etc. provided as these are cumbersome to bring with you and hard to buy in 'one week' quantities. The location was great with a beautiful spot for swimming just a five minute walk away. Even nearer is the bus stop, with a choice of 3 different routes and as many as 8 buses an hour. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with great suggestions. For example,details on the best value fruit and vegetable van that could be found outside the well-stocked and reasonably-priced food shop. All in all, a great holiday and we're definitely hoping for a return visit.

"Perfect for a holiday"
I stayed for a few weeks and I can highly recommend it to anyone. The location was perfect, just a minutes walk from the beach, close to a super market and not very far away from the life in Paceville… More
