Lovely house with private and heated swimming pool. A fantastic decoration and architecture makes this house unique in this style. Great for children with a lot of place to play and a play-area, farm just beside with a few animals. Shops in the village. Lovely restaurants. You can hire bicycle and you can ride romantics ways. The beach of St Jean de Monts is nearly 15mn with the car. A great place, quiet and with a lot of trips just around.

Saint Jean de Monts / Sallertaine area
Built on a limestone island, Sallertaine is a town old foundation whose names keep the memory of the salt marshes that once surrounded it. It dominates the swamp vast expanse of furrowed sides of multiple channels.The twelfth-century church, the jewel of the architectural heritage of the Northwest Vendéen, is a marvel of Roman art and angevin testimony to the interest of the premises.
A second church has been built and inaugurated in 1911. This mill Rairé works with the wind, without interruption, since 1560. The mill has a mechanism of traditional and manufactures maize flour, barley, oats, and wheat.
You have a fantastic golf in St Jean de monts 11 km from Sallertaine. You have a Horse Show called " La Ferme Equilibre".
Walk around or take a canoe in the marsh; discovery from an unexpected point of view.
