2 bedroom delightful villa with private heated pool in new gated development. 2 miles from beach/restaurants and on edge of forest. Swim or laze beside the pool, soak up the sun, smell sea air and the scent of pine trees for the perfect holiday. St Jean de Monts is good for both families/couples.
This villa was built in 2002 and is in an excellent position for exploring the Vendee. There is a reception which is open from April - October for any queries. July/August you can place an order for fresh bread/croissants and organise bikes, horseriding etc. There is a footpath/bike path exit from the villa leading to the beach and pine forest. There are many local golf courses in St Jean De Monts/St Giles/St Hilliare and surrounding areas.

Saint Jean de Monts area
Visit the charming town of St Jean de Monts, the second largest resort on the Vendeen coast. On market days the pretty square is buzzing with people and delicious smells of local specialities and is well worth a visit.
The Local shop is 5 minutes walk away. Supermarket is 5 mins in car. Bank is in village. Horse riding, cycling, water sport, quad biking and paintballing all nearby as well.

British Airways & Ryan airways fly to Nantes airport. Folkestone - calais & then drive to Saint Jean de Monts (6 hrs) Train from Ashford or Waterloo - Nantes, & then a taxi (45 mins from Nantes)

This villa is very open-plan and includes a dining room table and chairs. Electric central heating in each room if needed. Fully-equipped modern clean kitchen. Dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave. All cutlery/cups/plates etc supplied.
Further details outdoors: Leading off the living room is a patio area with swimming pool - approx 8x4 metres, leading to brazillian oak decking, surrounded by stylish lights for evening use. Barbecue supplied. 4 garden chairs and table. 4 Sunloungers.

25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Remainder balance to be paid 10 weeks before departure. Non-refundable booking fee. £500 damage deposit required, a cheque wil be sent to you once villa has been checked. The preferred changeover day in the summer is Saturday. More flexible in winter months.

Best family holiday ever, we have booked to go back again this year. It was great using the barbecue and watching the children in the pool. The villa is delightful. Coming back again next year.
