About the home

Our mobile home is sited on Le Bois Dormant, a 4-star Siblu owned park. St Jean de Monts is a pretty, bustling seaside resort with miles of beautiful safe, sandy beaches with children's beach clubs and many water sport facilities. On the outskirts of the town the beach becomes more peaceful and is surrounded by dunes and pine forests with miles of paths for walking, cycling and picnics.

Everyday in the town there is a fresh produce market and a general market twice a week. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars.

Nearby are many activities such as water parks, horse riding, karting, quad bikes, paintball, 18 hole golf course, fishing, surfing, safari park and museums, in fact there is so much to do you will be spoil for choice.

Further details indoors:
There are 3 bedrooms; one with a double bed and 2 with twin beds all all with plenty of storage space. Tastefully decorated with new cream curtains and netting in the bedrooms. The seating area in the lounge also makes a further double bed.

There is a shower room with sink and toilet and another separate toilet and sink.

The mobile home has high quality kitchen supplies for 8 people ie: cutlery, plates, glasses, plenty of utensils and dishes, toaster, kettle, large fridge and freezer, 4 gas ring cooker with grill and oven and microwave.

The lounge has a satellite TV (with all the UK Free view channels), DVD player, Ipod speaker & charger plus a brand new mobile air-conditioning system.

Outside there is a partly covered decking area with solar lights, a large table, 8 chairs, side table and 2 sun loungers plus a gas BBQ and a gravel parking space.

There is a small garden at the back of the mobile home, which gets the sun all day.

All guest need to supply their own bed linen and towels.
Duvets and pillows are provided.
Passes to access the swimming pools and kids clubs are available from Siblu direct, at an additional cost.

Conditions

A deposit of £100 per week payable upon booking via PayPal only. The balance will be required a minimum of 8-weeks before date of arrival.

A refundable £200 security deposit is also required with final balance payment. This will be returned within 2 weeks after the holiday if the mobile-home is left in a satisfactory, damage free condition.

A French Visitors Tax applies to all visitors over the age of 12 yrs. This is roughly 0.44 Euros per day per person. This will be added to your final bill.

A letter confirming your booking will be sent along with check-in details and other useful information.

St Jean de Monts is packed full of pathways and bicycle paths between the sea, the sand dunes, the forest and the marshes, or the islands and visits around Nantes to La Rochelle. It is a huge hit with children with events and activities being hosted from Easter to Toussaints.
St Jean de Monts is bounded of 8 km from beautiful and long sandy beaches that are extremely safe and have an excellent quality of water in line with the best in Europe.

FERRY: P & O cross from Dover to Calais and Folkestone to Boulogne. Brittany Ferries cross from Portsmouth to St Malo, Portsmouth to Caen, Plymouth to Roscoff and Poole to Cherbourg.
