Each independance can be let or the whole house. A little market is near the letting. There is one mile to the beach and 2 miles for the town centre.

"This is without doubt the BEST holiday home we have ever had in our 10 years of staying on the Vendee in France! It is absolutely fantastic! We hired the whole house, it has 2 kitchens and bathrooms which is excellent if you have teenage children. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely extras like an alarm clock and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The pool....Fantastique! It has everything....comfortable loungers...a swinging seat under the covered area for when it is just a bit hot! My family swam in the pool everyday and it was lovely not having to share it with anybody else...no mad rush for the loungers etc! The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained with lawn, palms and roses! There is a wonderful patio area just outside the house by the BBQ with a very large table for al fresco meals......absolutely gorgeous! " The Caller Family.....Somerset, England, August 2007
