Our family is pleased to offer a lovely antique flat fully renovate in St. Jean de Luz, France named IDUSKI MENDI, Basque for Sun Mountain. We have a great view over the Pyrenees Mountains and with a south exposure we enjoy the sun all day. Our flat is on the top floor of the building and will be completely renovated April 1st, 2004 and furnishings updates 2007
IDUSKI MENDI is at 17 Boulevard Commandant Passicot, St. Jean de Luz, France: There is plenty of public parking in front. You can walk to the beach approx. 300 meters where there is a wonderful board walk and large white sandy beach. You can walk to all shops and cafes in the village of St. Jean de Luz. Fantastic dining. There is a Market two times a week on Tuesday and Friday 1 block behind IDUSKI MENDI.
Transportation: The Biarritz Airport is 20 minutes drive or the TVG Haull is 50 meters walk. Great location to visit the Pyrenees Mountains, San Sebastian Spain and all of the Pays Basque country.
Size and accommodations: Our flat has Three Rooms, T3, one lovely master bedroom, a media room with day bed and open salon dining room kitchen. The shower room and WC are separate.

Rent Payments and Booking confirmation:
Rent payments are made at the time of booking paid in full. Payments are made in Euros and are sent with a signed lease agreement by bank to bank wire transfer. Bookings are confirmed when paid and signed lease is returned to guest.
Guest Service Payments are made on the day of arrival to Concierge in cash or by bank to bank wire transfer together with rental payment: The guest services and payment there of is not negotiable and part of the rental agreement. These services are agreed and outlined in the lease agreement at the time of booking and paid either with the rental or in cash to concierge on arrival. They include greeting on arrival either at the rental space or at the airport in Biarritz, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils and appliances, satellite TV, internet connection, local telephone, habitation tax prorated for term, TV tax , gas, electricity, cleaning and set up for arrival, final after departure cleaning and concierge services during stay to check in and provide 24 hr phone number.
Optional Extra during term Maid Services: 25 Euros per hour paid to service provider directly at time of service.
Optional Parking card for the public lots in front of Edgar and Iduski: 40 Euros – pay to concierge - 25 Euros for the card and 15 euros for the concierge to get the card for you from the police station.
Coordination of car rental for either pick up at the airport or train station on arrival or during stay. The concierge will coordinate for you at no additional charge a car rental for your pick up on arrival at the airport or train station. This service is included with the rental. Guest would pay for car rental directly to car rental agency on arrival via credit card. Guest would have to give concierge credit card information to reserve.
Security Deposit for damages is paid to concierge on arrival and returned to guest on departure if there is no damage. Iduski Mendi flat 2500Euros. This payment can be made in the form of cash or check and will be returned in the same method given less damages. The Security Deposit payments can be paid together with the rent payment at the time of booking for convenience and if so will be returned to guest by VIR bank to bank transfer on the day of departure.

Security deposit of 2500Euros is held by owner during term to cover any extra charges or damage incurred by guest. The Security deposit is returned to guest within 30 days of departure provided there is no damage to property.
Conditions
We use our apartment personally except for the summer June 20th - September 5th each year. The flat is available during this summer term each year. We are happy to book then entire term to one guest or corporation.
