This two storey detached house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac lane in the “old” part of St. Helens, just off the Lower Green. It lies within easy reach of Bembridge Harbour and the yacht marina, and also the National Trust St. Helens Duver with its extensive sand dunes, footpaths, popular bathing beach and beach-side café. The local store, Post Office, newsagent, restaurants and The Vine public house are all near by. The seaside resorts of Sandown and Shanklin are a few minutes drive away and offer many amenities.
