Separate guest house with two rooms (with excellent new double beds) bathroom and separate toilet. Designed in a blue/white and fresh green/white rooms. The Main bungalow with entresol, (double sleep couch), two open fire places (living space all together 200m2). This condo is ideal for couples with friends, with plenty activities in the surrounding area for day trips. A car is a necessity.

The Midi-Pyrenees / Haute-Garonne region
The cleanest air in Europe. Wide views on valleys and the Pyrenees mountains is characteristic for the region.The climate is pleasant, with marvelous sun sets. Summertime can be hot, but the property is build in 2007 with the adjustments to enjoy daily a little summer breeze. Close to home almost every day local markets with home grown vegetables and spice, sold by farmers or their wifes. In Saint Gaudens, which is only 10mn from this holiday address, one notices an international atmosphere. A wonderful experience are the Caves ( 20 mn) or a visit to " Blois de Cardeilhac" with a Botanic garden (15 mn). This forest was created for a survey with varieties of trees to learn which species were able to grow in the Pyrenees, and which not. This region is an unique combination of old History and the comfortable modern way of living.
In wintertime lunches on the terras. Winter Ski in three large Ski resorts on one to an hour and a half drive distance.
Saint Gaudens area
The region is well known for its famous variety of music festivals in the near area. Saint Gaudens, on just 12 km is a friendly international city with lots of historical details, Big supermarkets on 15 minutes distance. Small shops 7 km. On 2 minutes walk you find the silent, beautiful forests of Cardeilhac, different to the "Blois de Cardeilhac". You might walk in to a deer. This area is famous for its sympathy local food restaurants with a relaxing, home feeling atmosphere. The food is of high quality and available at reasonable prices. Rafting, tennis, golf, is available on max 1 hour drive. Swim in your own private swimming pool A beautiful lake with small boats is on half an hour drive. This is a area where many artists residence. Writers, painters and photographers are inspired by this region.
How to get there
Fly Easyjet, British Airways, FlyBe, BMI to Toulouse International Airport. One hour drive to your holiday home. The comfortable highway from Toulouse in the direction TARBES, exit 18 St Gaudens (45 minutes). 10 minutes later you reach the condominium. From Pau Airport: Pau Airport is a friendly small airport with high services. Visitors are welcomed by many waving palm trees outside the building. The highway to Toulouse, exit 18 St. Gaudens, all together an hour and a half drive. Car rental available on both airports

The garden is new but in April finished with plenty of shelter to enjoy the swimming pool privately. (Palm, Oleander, Bamboo, Lavender, and Laurel). Neighbors are on large distance.
Further details outdoors: The sun rises at the left side of the mainhouse terrace and remains the whole day in the 2500m2 garden. Have your morning coffee with view on the always changing lights on the Pyrenees. A shadow terrace is available infront of the guest house. Here you can enjoy the evening view on the lighted pool. Dutch designed pool chairs. Outside a dining table with comfortable chairs, and BBQ. Evenings in Cardeilhac are special. During clear nights the sky is filled with thousands of stars and the sounds of birds.

The kitchen is large, connected with bar and a small open fireplace. Handy for paper garbage, or just for atmosphere.
Toxid fluids are not allowed in toilets, sinks and bathrooms, they jeopardize the natural environment in the Septic Tank.
