Built in 2007, Villa Victorine has everything you need for an excellent West Indies holiday under the sun. You will enjoy the choice of tones in Villa Victorine. It is located just two minutes' walk from Golf. Yet only five minutes from the marina, villa has easy access to all amenities and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

The villa benefits from its own private pool,10 x 5 meters, in a park and planted with tropical species. Its exotic wood furniture and modern amenities will make your stay unforgettable. You can enjoy the garden from the lounge through.

The Villa Victorine, with its white walls, wengé wood-coloured modern furniture and refined décor. Every last detail of this villa has been designed to simplify your life during your stay. The large salon, equipped with a flat-screen television and DVD and CD player, has direct access both to the outdoor dining room and to the three air-conditioned rooms (including a master suite with private bathroom).

You will receive a personalised welcome upon your arrival at the Residence. In your refrigerator, you will find a bottle of local alcohol (planter’s or other traditional punch) and provisions for your first breakfast under the West Indies sunshine (coffee and tea, jam, fruit juice, etc.).

Enjoy a poolside barbeque dinner in the comfort of the Portland garden salon on the exotic wood terrace. Make the most of every minute of your large terrace, to the outdoor dining room and solar shower next to the pool. Conditions

The Tenant will pay a deposit equivalent to thirty per cent (30 %) of the rent. The Tenant agrees and undertakes to pay the Landlord the balance of the rent increased of the holiday residency tax thirty (30) days before his arrival date at the villa or only by cash the day of his arrival.
On the day he takes possession of the villa, when given the keys, the Tenant will pay the Landlord or its representative a security deposit to cover any damage that may be caused to the premises or contents.
This security deposit, which will not earn interest, will be returned to the Tenant by the Landlord within at the end of the tenancy, less any sum retained by the Landlord, if appropriate, to cover amounts owed by the Tenant for whatever reason.
