Villa Clementina has four air-conditioned rooms (including a master suite with its own bathroom). Two bedrooms and living room open onto the terrace in front of which was located the pool equipped with a balneotherapy. Villa Clementine has a kitchen, which is equipped with new and quality appliances and a spacious living room ventilated with two leather sofas (one of which is convertible).

The Tenant will pay a deposit equivalent to thirty per cent (30 %) of the rent. The Tenant agrees and undertakes to pay the Landlord the balance of the rent increased of the holiday residency tax thirty (30) days before his arrival date at the villa or only by cash the day of his arrival.
On the day he takes possession of the villa, when given the keys, the Tenant will pay the Landlord or its representative a security deposit to cover any damage that may be caused to the premises or contents.
This security deposit, which will not earn interest, will be returned to the Tenant by the Landlord within at the end of the tenancy, less any sum retained by the Landlord, if appropriate, to cover amounts owed by the Tenant for whatever reason.
