Maison aux Vignes is the perfect holiday home for families, the well equipped house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Sleeps 2 - 6 comfortably in 3 double bedrooms, in addition one of sofas in the main living area can be pulled out to become a double bed, to sleep an additional 2 people.

A travel cot and high chair are available.

The main living area consist of an extendable dining table and sitting room with traditional fireplace and french doors into the garden.

Totally equipped kitchen including American fridge freezer with ice maker, washing machine, dish washer, etc.

There are 2 bath/shower rooms, 1 with a bath & shower the other with a hydromassage shower cabin. There are also 2 toilets, 1 in the master bathroom the other in a separate cloakroom.

Unlimited wifi available in the house.

The garden features a private swimming pool, 6m x 4m with roman steps at one end. The pool can be heated if required.

The grounds are fully enclosed, with a gated entrance to the driveway at the side of the cottage, and a stone bbq in the garden.

To the rear of the property are wonderful views over a vineyard valley, views enjoyed from the cottage, swimming pool and terrace and a lovely large and mature garden.

The Aquitaine region

The culturally diverse region, known to the French as Aquitaine, is a mosaic of varied landscapes, bordered by the Atlantic to the west & the Iberian Peninsula to the south. The area enjoys a Mediterranean type micro climate with warm summers, long sunny autumns & less rainfall than many other areas in France.

Saint-Emilion

Saint Emilion, the famous medieval city and wine region, is just a 10 mins drive away.

Libourne 15 mins drive.

Castillon La Bataille great Monday market & site of the last battle & annual re-enactment (August) of the hundred years war is also a 15 mins drive.

Ste Foy-la Grande famous bastide market town on the river Dordogne.

Arcachon the Atlantic ocean & the Pyla dune.
