Ideal for a very memorable holiday with family or friends.

Many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance and also in surrounding towns.

The house has 2 kitchens; one open plan for inside eating and a second one leading to the covered outside terrace and BBQ area by the swimming pool.

There is parking for 3 cars .

Marseilles is conveniently only 30 minutes drive, St Tropes about 1 hour and Bandol or Casis about 10 minutes.

There are 2 bathrooms in total and 3 WC s. Both bathrooms have showers and one also has a bath with an extra hand held shower.
There is also an outside shower near the pool.

On the coast in between Marseille an Toulon (about 30 min drive from both ) and about an hours drive from St Tropes.
A lovely coast line and lots of places to visit in-land too.
10 minutes walk from restaurants and shops.
5 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Les Lecques.

The Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer / Les Lecques area

Quiet location but near many interesting places to visit.
For those inclined there is a large Water Park 10 minutes walk away and several Golf courses.

“Nice villa, great location” On the pros: -The villa is really large, both kitchens are well equipped, swimming pool was clean and you can park 2 cars easily. -The property is 10min walk to a sandy beach and restaurants, which is definitely a plus side. -Alex, who welcomed us, was very kind and gave us all the info we needed. On the cons: - the large BBQ was broken and we had to use a tinny one, which was not made for cooking food for 10 people. -there is no Internet/wifi connection

“Absolutley fantastic” This is a great villa. We stayed there two years in a row and thoroughly enjoyed it!. The layout is perfect with a main building and an outbuilding for the second family or for older children. Great outside space for BBQ and eating and very practical as it has a proper kitchen inside as well as a little kitchen downstairs - perfect for quick lunches and snacks. We gathered each evening on the covered outside terrace overlooking the pool for lovely home-cooked meals and late night swims. Well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. It even has a private boules area which gave us hours of entertainment. Shops, fabulous beach or restaurants are all in walk able distance. Lovely villages all within a few miles and plenty of places to visit. Would highly recommend it for a stress free enjoyable stay! Response: Thank you for being the first to place a review !

“A lovely villa in a great location” The villa is in a great location, close to the beach and shops etc. It's spacious and well-equipped and we particularly liked the 'upside down' design with the bedrooms downstairs. This meant that they were cool when it was time for bed. The terrace area was great with its own kitchen so it was easy to eat outside with the minimum of fuss. Our guests also liked the privacy provided by the annexe. The pool is easy to use with the steps in/out and it really is a good place to have a relaxing holiday.

“Awful Mistake” We booked this property only to find on arrival that it had a very tight spiral staircase that was unsuitable for children or elderly, the kitchen was almost non-existant (upstairs), and the bedrooms were dark and poorly furnished (downstairs). The pool was dirty, the outside area was a mess and the furniture was very used and much was broken. Overall, the pictures oversold the property to such an extent my wife was in tears (she had booked it). We complained to our liaison in the town who turned up and agreed with our comments. Within minutes of her contacting 'Alex' we had an english man at the door telling us to get out immediately as he had been sent over by Alex to evict us. Considering we had our 16 month old baby with us, had been travelling all day from the UK and it was 6pm I was very angry about this and nearly came to blows with the man standing at the door. Within the hour our liasion had found us another property in Bagnol which was more expensive but much better. We lost our £750 deposit. Horrible property, horrible landlord. Awful mistake. Response: Dear reader, I have been renting this villa for 7 years and have never had a complaint (apart from minor comments and suggestions which I find helpful ) or a bad experience until June 2009 when the said Guest arrived. He made the booking and was initially charming and persuaded me to accept a £500 deposit instead of paying the rent in advance , as is normal, and reassured me that he would pay in full to my property manager, Alexandra, on arrival. When the family arrived and were shown in, they set about complaining about everything and wanted to stay without paying any further money. Alexandra called me for assistance and explained what was happening. I called an English neighbour who lives nearby and he kindly went immediately to assist Alexandra. The Guest was arrogant and condescending, and became intimidating to Alexandra and my neighbour. He was told that they could not stay without payment and eventually left. ( I kept the £500 deposit, as per the terms and conditions ) Regarding his comments on the staircase, there are two sets of stairs to the first floor, one of which is a spiral and as shown on the photos, is perfectly usable for young and old. The kitchen, as can be seen on the photos, is normal and well equipped and there is a further kitchen on the ground floor BBQ area.( they both have dishwashers) The pool is clean and maintained weekly by Mr Jean Louis and the garden and outside area is maintained regularly by Alexandra and her team. The house is very well kept and offers good value. The property offers exceptional accommodation, comfortable furniture, convenient utilities, private garden, parking and swimming pool. It isn't a 5 star villa, hence the price reflects that. Past guests have enjoyed great holidays and many return with their families in subsequent years. Alex Clarke

“Fantastic House Fantastic Location” This house has it all. Plenty space, great pool, annex for children to enjoy. Very close to the beach and the charming village. “great location” Location was fantastic, near to beach and good supermarkets etc. You could walk easily to both. Good outside table and downstairs kitchen/fridge for catering for large numbers. Barbecue poor. Needs replacing. Decking caused splinters in feet if in bare feet. Pool nice but some tiles missing and steps quite sharp - needs attention. Had a very enjoyable holiday with family and grandchildren who slept in annex. Bought a fan. Pleasant area. Left local map where shops were etc. Boules area needs resurfacing and weeding. Spiral staircase might cause problems for the elderly but outside stairs were available. Pool unfenced and alarm goes off in strong winds! The BBQ does need replacing as it gets a lot of use, I am making this a priority on my next visit before the new season starts. The decking area. I shall have to get someone to take a look at to see how this can be resolved. The pool is being emptied and the missing tiles replaced before the spring, unfortunately we were not able to do this during the season as it's takes too long & the pool would have been out of use.
