Welcome to Snow White's house! In the middle of the countryside. No noise, no cars, just a garden, some cows nearby under apple trees. Large garden. Neighboors far away. You will enjoy the calm.
Neverthleless, you are at 5mn by car from a small town called Montfort sur Risle, where you will find all commodities such as supermarket, backeries, buchers, ... And if you want to go to the beach, it will take you around 35 mn to reach the very charming town of Honfleur. You are also quite close from nice places such as Deauville, Fécamp, Etretat, ...
On the ground floor it has one double bedroom and a bathroom. A nicely equipped kitchen, folloed by he the warm and long leaving room with it's original working fireplace. On first floor i as one doublebedroom, one kids bedrooms with two single beds, one bathroom, one playing rooms with two more sleeping facilities.

The Normandy / Eure region
The meandering river bound by cliffs and fringed by small roads; at each turn the valley seems richer and more colourful finally reaching the sea. You will enjoy walking cycling or even driving through the narrow roads in the country sides.
For centuries the only way to penetrate the valley, the riverside communities were subject to a diverse mix of commercial, intellectual and religious influences. Rich in memories, picturesque places of interest, gastronomically appealing, this vital artery which links Paris with the sea is one of the biggest tourist wonders of the region.
Calvados nearby is famous for its cider, seafood and calvados brandy. Honfleur is one of the harbour towns situated on the Cote de Fleurie at 30 minutes drives form home..
For beautiful beaches, then Deauville is just a 45 minute drive away. Deauville is also the place to go for designer shops, horce racing events, hydrotherapy/spa centres, casinos, shows and the September film festival.
There are also 10 golf courses around the Deauville area.
Further along the coast are a variety of other pretty beaches and harbour towns. Inland from the coast, there are many small towns nearby including Pont L'eveque, Liverot and Pont Audemer (The venice of the North).
Rouen with its wonderful cathederal is 50 minutes drive East and Monet's garden about 1 hour South-east.
The D-Day beaches are a short drive away - the nearest being just west of Deauville. There is also a great D-Day Museum in Caen (1 hours drive). For those wanting to go further a field you can drive to Paris in 1 hour 45 minutes.

There is a TV to watch DVDs and video tapes only.
There are toys for kids between 2 to 10 yeras hold.
Further details outdoors: We have three bikes. One mountain bikes One bike for lady with a baby seat and one for child up to 8 years old.
There is a sand playground and lots of space (70000 sqaue feet) to play games in the garden and many trees to be climbed.
There is a forest at two minutes walk from the house.

This house is not very conveninient for children younger than 3 years olds and elderly people because of the stairs (could be dangerous).
We allow pets in the leaving room and the kitchen.
We allow to smoke in the leaving room.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £500 required before your arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A 25% deposit is required upon booking (this is not refundable) the balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
