Set on a garden of 2800 m2 with olive trees & cypress, the villa is very spacious (240 m2) with double living-room of 60 m2, five bedrooms sleeps 10 + one cot, 3 bathrooms with toilets + 1 guest toilet, a second living-room. Dishwasher, washing machine, bbq, parking are available. Children welcome.
The property is set in a very quiet residential area at the walking distance from the charming Medieval village of Saint Cézaire (10km from Grasse, 20km from Riviera Coast, 45km from Nice International Airport). It has a range of shops: 3 bakers, 2 butchers, pharmacy, mini market, newspapers, a few restaurants, bars & more. A range of larger shops & supermarkets are located 5/8 km away.
How to get there
To Nice Airport is the shortest way, villa Floralis is about 45 minutes from this airport.
Some customers arrive to Marseille airport because flights are cheaper, but the way to villa Floralis is longer, about 2 hours.
In these two airports you will find all the car-hire companies you need, but please don't forget to book the car before your departure to avoid queues at your arrival.

We would like to thank the owners for a wonderful ,relaxing time in the sun at the villa Floralis.The area is stunning with the villa set in a village up in the hills giving wonderful views in all directions.There is plenty of space to spread out as we took two families and it did not feel crowded at all ! We have just spent a wonderfully relaxing holiday at Villa Floralis and loved every minute. The villa is beautifully presented, comfortable and spacious and was ideal for our family of 10. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and we thoroughly enjoyed splashing about in the good sized pool. A gentle walk into town (about 10 minutes away) meant we could buy our daily fresh bread and croissants as well as eating out in the local restaurants. If you stay here, make sure you spend at least a morning on the nearby "Lac de St Cassien" - especially if you have kids, as you can hire pedalos and canoes. Elena and Pascal are a charming, friendly (and lucky!!) couple and ensure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. Thanks very much for such a brilliant holiday!! (Mark and Lisa - UK)
Elena everybody within the party would like to express how much we really enjoyed the villa, it's pool and the position of the villa and the down to earth village of St Cezaire ( a village from the past ) but in a nice way. So much we could say, but we would like to high light one or two points. THE WALKS, but the river walk stands out....IT'S A MUST.... the bridge, the river ( LOVED THE SWIM ) and the people of St Cezaire the mini market the bars and the restaurants.... fantastic... very good. We would like to mention that we had a bit of a worry about booking the villa for 10 persons BUT WE can say that Floralis can take 10 people and still have plenty of space for more. Your villa made a holiday which will last a life time in our memories. We have mentioned the villa to our friends...... LETS HOPE THEY LISTEN. (Brian & Patricia - UK)
I've just finished my fabulous vacation in villa Floralis, it's been great! We are ten young couples (from 23 to 30 years old) and we really enjoyed the Villa, which is exactly as you see in photos,and moreover there are many nice corners that photos don't take! The pool and the garden full of olive trees allowed us to relax , have fun and to stay in privacy and quiet; the rooms are all comfortable and furnished with good taste, as all the Villa. It's really close to Saint Cezaire ( go to the open air market which is really typical) and with the car every place is within reach. I just wanted to spend few words on Elena and Pascal, the Villa's owners:they have been so kind and friendly and full of good advices! (Giovanna - Italy)
We had the honour of being the first guests to rent the villa on it's completion (Mid 2007) and we were delighted with it. It is ideal for two families sharing as the living areas are separated with the accommodation at the pool level also,so you have plenty of space when required. The pool area is super,there was only four of us but the children just wanted to stay there so it made for a relaxing holiday. The village is just a few minutes walk with super bakers and butchers shops, village restaurants and cafe`s and a modern pharmacy, great atmosphere overall. We have had many villas in the area but this was without a doubt the best yet. We flew from the UK to Marseilles which is about an extra hours drive but with Ryanair now flying there it was a fraction of the cost, worth considering ! I would recommend this property.
