The balony looks out on to a beautiful view of the sea, the building is built to high standard, the appt has an underground private double garage amble parking for 2 cars,as there are only 2 levels access from the garage to the apartment is not a problem. The apartment has security gates with remote control for access.

The owner gave us a good tour round the apartment and briefed us on where to shop etc. The Apartment was lovely, with a sea view. Bright, clean, modern and all the comforts of home. Even though the apartment was by the road, any road noise was very minimal and you hardly noticed. The shutters were great and kept the sun out. St Cast was a delight. The beach was clean and never overcrowded. Brilliant for the children. Lots of place to eat (the ice cream parlour was amazing!) and watch the world go by. The Marina was easy to walk to and good places to eat. We were very lucky with the weather and the people were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay. |
