Constructed with locally quarried stone, chestnut beams and with fascinating ancient features, the manoir is within easy reach of the Rose Granite Coast and idyllic sandy shores. Le Manoir has been featured in a popular holiday show, and its English owners have created delightful exclusive rental accommodation for up to twenty guests, with a swimming pool and tennis court.

One of the single beds in bedroom 2 is fold down bed.
On the courtyard is a utility washroom with laundry and drying facilities.
There is an additional downstairs Toilet.
There is an additional bathroom which is available to the whole house.
Please note that towels are not provided.
Full or part catering can be provided, at additional charge, please specify your requirements when booking. Meals can be traditional home cooking, or for a special event or celebratory meal we can arrange for a local chef to attend the manoir and prepare a menu of your choice. A three-course meal typically starts at €28 and we can also arrange for service.

Maison d’Auffage greets you with a welcome basket of local produce; including wine, fromage, preserves, breads and other regional delights. Additionally, the fridge is fully stocked on arrival with drinks and essentials.
Daily housekeeping is also provided in the rental price.
Babysitting and cooking can be provided on request, and please enquire about any special requirement, as we are very happy to help make your holiday perfect.
Conditions
We are able to offer a maid service and cleaning - costs are from around €80 for final day cleaning, to €200 for full maid service for the week, which can be adapted to your requirements. Baby sitting is offered at a cost of €5 per child per hour.
We are also very happy to compile a welcome pack for our guests, containing some essential items, and prices will reflect the items you require.
The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region
This region of Northern Brittany is renowned for its golden sandy beaches and the rose granite coast.
There are many nearby towns with pretty harbours, promenades, sweeping shores and quiet coves to explore.
St. Quay Portrieux is a particular favourite, as are Plogrescant and Perros Guirec. Bars and restaurants can be found in Brelidy, Begard, Pontrieux and Treguier. Many of the local seaside towns have superb seafood restaurants and bistros.
The Saint Brieuc area
Amoripark in Begard is a theme park, only a short drive from the house, with bouncy castles, and great indoor and outdoor themed swimming pools with water chutes. A ferry from nearby Paimpol will take you to Isle de Brehat, known as the island of flowers. With no motorized vehicles allowed on the island, they have been the inspiration for artists and walkers alike.

- Security deposit: €500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

Catering: We are able to cater for our guests should you require it. We can provide breakfasts from 5€ per person per day, through to full board if required. Please specify your requirements when booking. If you would like to host a special celebratory meal during your stay, we can arrange for a local chef to attend the Manoir and prepare a menu of your choice. A three course meal typically starts at 28€ and the menu can be as challenging as you wish. We can also arrange for service on these special occasions.
