Located in Provence-Côte d’Azur in the Var region, the residence has 4 floors and the apartment is spacious, comfortable. It is ideally located on the pedestrianised marina, it has direct access to the thalassotherapy centre swimming-pool shared with the Hôtel Thalassothérapie.
The apartment is approximately 40 m², there is a large living area with convertible sofa bed/2 single sofa beds, one bedroom with one double bed (or two single beds). You will also find a fantastic fully equipped kitchen area (2 or 4 hotplates, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave or electric oven depending on the apartment, dishwasher, electric coffee-maker), a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a hairdryer, satellite television, pay phone and safe. The apartments are complete with a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.
