The Brittany / Ille-et-Vilaine region
Sains is very near to the border with Normandy and so can offer attractions in both Normandy and Brittany.We are very close to the Mont St Michel and to a whole host of fabulous towns and arrtactions and great golf courses.Within shotr drives you will find the gorgeous seaside towns of St Malo and Cancale and the victorian style seaside town of Dinard with its casino, its pretty blue and white beach tents, warm soft, yellow sand and seafront restaurants..Stunning architecture can be seen at the medieval towns of Dinan,Combourg and Dol-de-Bretagne.All these towns have fantasic seafood and fresh food markets.There is so much to see and do for all the family and all tastes.
Sains area
Sains is a quiet village, but has some lovely walks.The nearby towns of Pleine Fougere and Roz Sur Couesnon both have annual carboots and music festivals.Both these towns also have bakeries,butchers and grocery stores.The supermarket is only 3 minutes away. The village also boasts a bar and restaurant with outdoor seating in the warmer months, located right opposite the chuch in the heart of the village.

Ferry port of St Malo only 20 minutes away.Ferry ports of Caen and Cherbourg only 90 minutes away.Port os Roscoff only 3 hours.Airports at Rennes ( 45 mins) and Dinard, only 25 mins.Easy access to trains.

Further details indoors: This modern house is well equipped for modern day living.The ground floor living space is open plan and has double doors to the bach terrace and garden and to the front garden and private parking area.The lounge is equipped with tv,dvd/video and satellite tv.A library of books and films is provided.The wood burning stove is fantastic for taking the chill out of the night air and everyone can gater around the fire and the tv on comfortable couches.The kitchen is clean and light and has access to the BBQ area and terrace.On the first floor are two large double rooms and a large twin room.All have modern,clean furniture and fabulous views.The bathroom has a wc,washbasin,bath tub and separate multi-massage shower unit.Theres also an extra downstairs loo.
