This brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor apartment is located 400 meters from the beach, 3 Kms from the lively holiday resort of Canet de Berenguer, 6Kms from the historical town of Sagunto, 20Kms North of the City centre of Valencia.
The apartment has the use of 2 communal swimming pools, tennis courts as well as it’s own underground parking facility with 1 car space.
The house is part of a small complex of apartments, which are located close to Playa Alamarda, which is one of a small number of blue flag beaches in the area.

Valencia-The Real Spain ===================
The province of Valencia, which has been chosen to host the 2007 Americas Cup, is the largest of the three which go to make up the Valencian community. It is situated in the centre of the Spanish Mediterranean coastline. It overlooks the spacious Gulf of Valencia and is skirted at the back by a group of medium-high mountains and rolling plains leading to the lands of Aragon and Castile-La Mancha.
It is opposite the Balearic islands and equidistant from the country's two major decision-taking centres: Madrid and Barcelona. Valencia is identified with the Mediterranean Sea because the culture deriving from the old Mare Nostrum is manifest in its patterns of social behaviour.
It is the administrative capital of the Valencian community and the centre of the region of L'Horta. It is the most densely populated town in the Valencian community as it is encircled by a wide belt of medium-sized municipal districts which form an unbroken built-up area with an average density of 1,600 inhabitants per square kilometre.
Sightseeing around the city begins in the old quarter. Until the mid-nineteenth century, it was defended by a wall, the inner route of the number five bus. Still standing as proof are the graceful Torres de Serranos, the spacious Torres de Quart and some remains of the apron wall in the basement of the Valencia institute of Modern Arts. The most outstanding artistic heritage is to be found in the districts of Seu and Xerea, where the marks left by the Romans lie hidden beneath Arab ruins and modern churches and palaces.
The Mercat district took shape around the commercial life of the city's inhabitants. Accordingly, its two most emblematic buildings are used for trading purposes. The Gothic building of La Lonja, declared by UNESCO as a heritage of humanity, features a beautiful columned room where the old tables on which trading transactions were finalised are still in use today. Outside the destroyed wall grew the Valencia of the bourgeoisie, with its wide pavements, broad landscaped thoroughfares and countless instances of modernist architecture.
On the other side of the Turia's old riverbed lie the nursery gardens, along with the Fine Arts Museum and the ultramodern part of the city which, on account of its size, serves as a nexus between the coastal townships and the old quarter. The futouristic face of the city is mirrored on the old riverbed through the Gulliver Children's park and the leisure and culture complex., Ciutat de les Arts i de les Ciencies. Life in the city spreads down to the seafront with the harbour are and the beaches of Las Arenas and La Malvarrosa.

Nightlife & Dining Out =================
It is claimed that the Valencian people know how to work and more importantly, how to play. Travellers have a wide range of bars, restaurants and clubs to keep them up at night, with most Valencian nightouts not venturing out until at mid-night. The Avenida de Aragon, the Plaza de Canovas, the area around the Plaza de Honduras and Xuquer, Jean llorens Street are some of the places where you can find bars, pubs, restaurants, movida and meet people ready to have a good time.
The outstanding dish is Paella, which originates from the area. However, you must also try the "Arroz Banda"(with fish) or "Arroz Negro"(with squid in ink).
The excellent Valencian wines usually accompany all these dishes, with white wines from the "Alto Turia" and "Serrenia" regions or reds from "Campo de Lliria".
Sports =====
Valencia has some of the best sporting venues in Europe with everything fom the world famous football team, championship golf courses and incredible watersports venues.
El Saler Golf Club was voted the 29th best golf course in the world but there are many other equally challenging and picturesque courses in the area, including El Bosque, Oliva Nove Golf Course, L'Escorpion and Villamartin.
There are a total of over 3,700 mooring points for sea lovers, with nautical sports centres being located at the following places, Canet d'En Berenguer, Pobla de Farnals, Port Saplaya Estate, Royal Sailing Club, La Albufera and Cullera, Gandia and Oliva.

Sagunto relates, through its noble stones, the history of the majestic and decisive cultures in the history of the Iberian Peninsula. A walk through the cultural and historical part of the town, filled with vestiges from past centuries, provides a trip through time, witnessing the importance of the historical and archaeological patrimony of the city.
These circumstances have resulted in Sagunto having a wide range of cultural centres where the most distinguished archaeological treasures from the term are brought together. Its cultural character together with the agreeable Mediterranean climate and its thirteen kilometres of littoral, with beaches distinguished with the European blue flag, make the municipality a highly attractive tourist location.
Moving north from its port, the Sagunto coast is a series of more than ten kilometres of beach interrupted only by the marina at Canet and its beach, Racó del Mar. The fine sand and gravel beaches furthest to the north, Corinto-Malvarrosa and Almardá, are extremely attractive with the occasional reedbed sustaining a considerable strip of sand dunes of great ecological value.
The Port of Sagunto beach, to the south of Canet, is livelier and more urban in appearance although it is equally attractive with its fine sand and sand dunes well consolidated by vegetation. Summer facilities include the rental of windsurfs and, at the end of the day, the music in pubs and bars is an invitation to enjoy the hot summer nights.
Canet de Berenguer ================ Situated at the mouth of the Palancia River, Canet presents orange and blue as its borders. The orange comes from the fruit, the areas chief crop, the orange trees, and the blue from the Mediterranean Sea, of the local beach. The Mediterranean image is repeated in the old quarter with red roofs and green interior patios that contrast with the whiteness of the facades. The spectacular view makes it a popular holiday destination.
The sea front of Canet, a village stemming from an Arab farmstead, opens out onto the sea between two of the main beaches in the Sagunto area (Almardá and Port). It features over one kilometre of fine sand, a large, unspoilt stretch of sand dunes of great ecological value and calm waters perfect for swimming. Water sport enthusiasts have a sailing school in the facilities of the marina. The bars, pubs and discos scattered along the promenade guarantee entertainment and leisure activities on hot summer nights.
The puerto deportivo (marina) at Canet has a light sailing school during the summer months. Additionally, being publicly owned means that berths are available almost every day of the year. The town also has well cared for facilities with both indoor and outdoor football pitches, handball and pelota courts and a swimming pool. Also, the are of Les Rotes is an ideal spot for diving.
The municipality is less than 30 kilometres from Valencia and only 5 kilometres from Sagunto, good connections allow the programming of quick trips. In the same way, nature lovers can enjoy the Calderona and Espadán Sierras, which extend along the Palencia basin. Beginning at Puçol the GR-10 trail makes a great journey crossing through the whole of the Sierra Calderona. The marine front to Canet has a kilometre long stretch of beach with fine sand that conserve, intact, an extensive area of dunes of great ecological value.
