Inside the open plan design creates a bright and spacious interior, all furnished to the highest standard. All ground floor rooms open onto the pool and garden. with the master bedroom on the first floor having its own large private terrace. The main house has 3 bedrooms with the master bedroom on the first floor, having its own large private terrace. SKY+TV incl SKY movies!, IPOD dockable system and WI-FI are all included at no extra charge! The annex beside the house is a large en suite bedroom with seating and Sat TV, Fridge, Coffee tea facilities, this being the 4th bedroom.

The villa is set on 2000 sq.m. (1/2 acre) of lush gardens surrounded by olive trees overlooking Sagres Harbour and the sea. A large covered and wind protected south facing terrace with BBQ and seating for 8 overlooks the garden and heated pool with electric cover . There is ample parking to the front of the house which is accessed through electric gates.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Casa Sao martinho; the villa and location are first class and it's very easy to feel at home and very difficult to leave !!! Access to wifi in the villa would have been useful as I use my iPad for daily newspaper ; however there is a place nearby to connect so not a very big deal. Otherwise, can't find fault !!!! |

We had a wonderful holiday in your villa for the 4th year. For me this light and airy villa with its tasteful furnishings and first class bathrooms is a welcome pleasure around days of beach and sun. The pool was gloriously clear and warm and tempted us to late night swims on hot nights. (Karyn Dodd April 2011)
We are a family of 8 and we stayed at Casa Sao Martinho during August 2010. This place is divine!! The house is spacious, airy and beautifully decorated. There was a welcome pack with essentials including a bottle of red and white wine on our arrival which was a really nice touch.The modern kitchen had everything we could possibly need and there was a gas BBQ on the terrace. We all loved the fact that ew also had SKY movies to while away a lazy evening after far too much food! What a fabulous place Casa Sao Martinho was, we were very happy and hope to be back again soon. The best...The best...The best! Dont hesitate if you want stay at this villa. There was everything that we needed at our holiday and everytime we felt care which we were covered by the owner. At the morning we made coffee at the perfect kitchen, went to the beach, drove to the different places, swam at the heated pooland just walked at Martinhal. We did enjoy from windsurfing and ecokarts. And now I remember our holidays with great pleasure. ( Alexander Kremnev .July 2010 and July 2011 ).
