Further details outdoors:
The large back garden overlooks the Côte-du-Rhône valley and the ancient villages of Sablet, Séguret (officially recognized as one of France's most beautiful villages) and Rasteau. The back garden connects directly to the owner's vineyards.
The south facing front garden consists of a new swimming pool (11 x 5.5 m) with a summer kitchen and barbecue. There is a garage for one car and additional parking on the property for one other.
