The house recently built, 2001, is a 3 bedroom luxury beach house located in Sant'Andrea, near the Sabaudia's town centre.
The property is situated in a residential area and located with only a few minutes walk away from a 20 Km of white sandy beach, in the middle of the San Felice Circeo National Park. Supermarkets and all the main shops are five minute drive from Sabaudia. Restaurants are walking distance from the property. However, the area is very quiet and peaceful ideal for a relax family summer holiday.

The Double and the Single Bedrooms has a balcony who gives direct view to the back and the front private gardens. In total, including the two balconies, is about 37 sqm. Property available at 4.00 p.m. of arriving date. Leaving time 10.00 a.m. on departure date. 30% down as deposit, no refundable, on reservation. Booking balance three weeks prior arrive.
Conditions
At the property's reservation, tenants are required to transfer a 30% down of the total amount, as deposit, to make unavailable dates inquired for to others potential guests, via bank transfer and as soon as we will receive confirmation of it, we will apply the reservation confirming it sending a receipt via e-mail. Full payment for the balance needs to be clear into our bank account not later than three ( 3 ) weeks prior your arrival date and at that point we will confirm your booking for the period required. Owner will personally welcome and consign the property keys to your arrive. No caution deposit is required. Property can ONLY be rent at the maximum of five ( 5 ) people. The only presence of one person, superior to that agreed at the reservation, behaves the contract resolution. Tenants can get friends and parents visit at the property only once agreed in advance with the landlord. Tenants entry will take possession of the property not before the hours 04:00 pm. Tenant in exit has the obligation of to leave the kitchen in order both dishes and pots washed and the property should be left within and not later than hours 09:00 am of the departure date.
