This cosy two-storey house with a total size of 220 m2 has a total of four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower cabins and 1 bathroom with hydro massage bathtub. The house is perfect for a family holiday. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor and are equipped with double beds. Two of them have access to the terrace. The other bedroom is on the first floor and has space for 4 people: there are two single beds and one double bed. The accommodation has no AC, but we are happy to provide fans on request. In winter, your feet will stay warm, thanks to the electric central heating.

You will feel like at home. Every room and every detail fits perfectly into the overall picture of the house as it was tastefully designed. The living room with modern sofa is just the right corner to quietly read a book, watch TV (satellite TV), surf the internet (WIFI) or have a nap. There is a fireplace in the living room, which conjures up a home atmosphere in winter. The kitchen with dining area is just the right spot to enjoy a sumptuous meal with family or with friends. The spacious kitchen has everything you need: toaster, coffee maker, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all essential kitchen utensils are provided. Of course, you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron with ironing board. There is enough parking for at least 5 cars in the yard, but these are not covered.

The outdoor area is an oasis of calm and beauty. On the spacious terrace you will find a table with eight chairs. It is perfect for a romantic dinner or for an invigorating coffee and cake in the afternoon. Also, a barbecue or a garden party, nothing stands in the way: the stone grill does a good job! Next to the house there is a 12 x 12 meters private pool where you can cool down on hot summer days. From there you have a beautiful view to the countryside and to a small hill. The lawn area of about 150 m2 and the natural garden is just the right for the children to play. Another highlight is the table tennis table. Sun lovers can sunbathe in one of the loungers. The plot is completely fenced.

The finca is particularly impressive by their cosy-modern atmosphere, the beautiful garden and large private pool. Make your vacation a memorable one!

The area around Crestatx and Sa Pobla is the ideal starting point for trips to the beach, in the mountains or for biking. In general, the area is very rural and is inhabited by both locals and tourists - but you can still feel the original Mallorca, away from mass tourism and big hotels. Of course, the adjoining village of Sa Pobla is all you need for your holiday and you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, ATMs, bars and a few nice restaurants. On Sunday morning is market day in Sa Pobla, where you can also buy clothing and handmade products of the locals besides fresh food from the region.

In just 15 minutes you can drive to the beautiful sandy beach "Playa de Muro", a long, fine sandy beach between Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia. There are rarely high waves and the zone consists of various sections, some are pure natural beaches without hotels or catering facilities, others offer restaurants, bars and toilets. A trip to the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença are good visitor attractions and are within easy reach. There are also numerous small bays with crystal clear waters. Sa Pobla is only 8 minutes by car.

In 10-15 minutes by car you can reach the village of Pollença, which used to be popular among painters and artists. This influence is still felt today and gives the place a unique flair. During summer months, in Pollença always something is going on and you can visit art exhibitions, concerts and festivals. In the charming main square you can recharge in one of the numerous bars and restaurants and watch the hustle and bustle. Don't forget to visit the Romanesque bridge and the small church of "Calvari ". You can reach this church climbing 365 steps. However, the effort is rewarded with spectacular views of the city and the surrounding countryside.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
