The spacious, open plan lounge/dining room has 2 large sofas; a log burning stove; a TV with satellite channels and a huge glass dining table that seats 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and there is also an additional breakfast area in the kitchen with a table to seat 10.
The villa has 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms making it perfect for large groups or 2 families travelling together. The master bedroom has an en-suite and access on to a huge roof terrace with great views over the surrounding countryside.
Outside there is plenty of space to chill out in the half acre of gardens complete with 10m x 5m pool with children's area. You even have your own floodlight boules court! The gardens are sprinkled with fruit trees that guests are free to pick fruit from.
This is the perfect villa for peace and relaxation in beautiful surroundings. The pretty village of Sa Pobla is a short walk away and the beaches, bars and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa are a 15 minute drive away.

The Sa Pobla area
Sa Pobla is the place to come to if you want a taste of rural Mallorca. The village has a bustling square in the heart of teh old quarter that is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a market every Sunday where you an pick up delicious local produce.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are all within easy reach for days spent lazing on the beach and the area is full of amazing countryside and mounatin walks for those wanting to explore.
You will not find a more relaxing or a more beautiful place to stay in Mallorca.
