Sandpiper is a fantastic holiday home which is only a five minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Camber Sands. Camber Sands has recently been voted as one of the top ten beaches in the world by The Times and fully deserves this accolade. Miles of gorgeous sandy beach with picturesque sand dunes, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy.
Sandpiper has been interior designed with a nautical and beach theme, in keeping with its location. Pale blues and creams in the drawing room create a peaceful atmosphere; this colour scheme is repeated in the kitchen dining room which is spacious and modern. Fresh and bright interiors in the bedrooms are perfect for children and adults alike.
A special feature of the property is the decking outside, with large table and benches - perfect for a relaxing barbeque or just enjoying a glass of wine after spending the day on the beach.

The front door leads directly into a spacious entrance hall with wooden floorboards. There is a separate downstairs WC just inside the front door. Leading from the entrance hall is the open plan kitchen dining room with large pine table to seat 6. The kitchen at one end is newly fitted and modern with cream units and pale blue accessories. Machines include electric oven, electric hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The sitting room is decorated in pale blues and creams with two comfy pale blue sofas and large coffee table complete with hurricane lamp and candle. There is a pebble effect electric fire, perfect for the evenings as well as a large flat screen TV with DVD. Artistic beach prints adorn the walls and nautical ornaments including a lighthouse and boat are perfect for this beach property. At one end of the drawing room is a small conservatory area with wicker furniture and small table, all ready for enjoying your morning cup of coffee!
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a separate family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with power shower, WC and basin. The bedroom is decorated in aqua colours with co-ordinating cushions and luxury throw on the double bed. Two side tables with bedside lamps, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and beach pictures complete the scene.
The second bedroom is a twin room decorated in blues and beiges, the beads are zip and link and can be converted to a super-king size double as required. There are bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, and a long mirror.
The third bedroom has 3’ bunk beds and would be suitable for children, decorated with blue and red gingham duvet covers and curtains. There is a small wardrobe, side table and children’s lamp.
The family bathroom is fully tiled with bath and hand held shower attachment, WC, basin and electric towel rail.

Leading from the conservatory area is a large gravelled garden with decking wooden table and benches and a charcoal barbeque for your al fresco entertaining. Outside there is plenty of parking.

Sussex is a county in South East England which has a long coastal area. The coastal towns include Hastings, Brighton, Worthing and Bognor.
The weather in Sussex is some of the best in Great Britain: it has on average more sunshine than any other mainland county.
The Rye / Camber Sands area
Sandpiper is a few minutes walk from the sandy beaches at Camber Sands, miles of clean beach and rolling sand dunes. A few miles to the east is the Historic town of Rye with winding cobbled streets, antique shops and wonderful restaurants serving freshly caught local fish. Fresh fish and shellfish can also be bought from the harbour for you to enjoy in your self-catering holiday home. For those that don’t want to cook Sandpiper is just a two minute walk from ‘The Place’ which is stylish bistro offering fresh local food.
For the sporting enthusiast there are many different options. The famous links courses at Rye and Hythe will challenge any golfer and for those who like water sports the beach offers windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing and sailing.
A short drive away are the Chapel Down Vineyards - which is the home of England’s leading premium wine producer and is well worth a visit. With tours and wine tasting available as well as a stunning restaurant, ‘Richard Phillips’, it is the perfect place for a day out. The market towns of Tenterden and Cranbrook in The Weald of Kent are also very picturesque and full of interesting shops, wonderful pubs and restaurants.
For children the beach is the main attraction, but other day outs can include the Kent and East Sussex Railway a wonderful steam railway which will take you through the beautiful Kent countryside and also Port Lympne Animal Park.
For the garden enthusiast there are many gorgeous gardens to visit including Great Dixter, Sissinghurst, Hole Park and Pashley Manor. Many hours can be spent enjoying the gardens and all have super tea rooms with home made cakes, ideal for an afternoon outing.
