The property is across the road from one of the best sandy beaches in the South East of England the home is designed to give a timber log character residence, with a construction to ensure good values for comfort living. The building is similar to the very popular Centre Park lodges.
Camber Sands and the sea are only 20 mts away, with 8 miles of beautiful sandy beaches that expand to a quarter of a mile when the sea is out. Camber Sands is very popular with families because of the safe bathing conditions, large areas of sand for family activities, and in easy reach of the historic towns of Rye, Folkestone, Dover.
The area is popular with golfers, water sport enthusiasts, cyclists, walkers and families.
Golf courses, wind surfing, and a variety of shops, restaurants are within a few miles of the property. The area around has cycle tracks where a family can explore the country side in a safe environment.

The South East England / Sussex region
The South Eastern area of England is steeped in history, with the famous battle of Hastings in 1066, to more recently in its prominence in the battle of Britain this area of Great Britain has links to most of the Countries historic events.
Close to the channel ports of Folkestone and Dover, there is easy access to France, with the Eurostar trains giving direct access to Disneyland Paris (approx. 2 hrs).
Lydd Airport has cheap day return flights to France on small planes across the English Channel or sight seeing trips over the immediate area.
Camber Sands is on the south coast, the weather in the Camber area and Sussex boasts on average more sunshine than any other county.
Rye / Camber Sands area
Camber Sands is famous for its wide (family friendly) sandy beach, that stretches for some eight miles to Rye Harbour. The Dunes towards Rye are particularly beautiful and used for filming.
The area is ideal for beach holidays, with the accommodation being so close families can return to eat indoors, change clothes, answer the call of nature, or return for ice creams or drinks.
There are numerous paces of interest for day trips, these include Bodiam Castle, The Romey Hythe and Dymchurch mini railway, the period steam train from Bodiam, that winds through the beautiful countryside of East Sussex, the Dungerness light house and the many period houses that can be visited during the summer.
The more active can play golf at the Championship course at Rye, or smaller course at Lydd. Water sport takes place in the Sea at Camber or a Water Sports centre that exists on an inland lake just outside Camber. there is a large go cart track just outside Lydd village, with a water ski club attached.
You can vist the charming old world villages of Tenterden, cobblestoned streets of Rye, the channel port of Folkestone and Dover or look around historic houses and ornamental gardens that surround the area.
There is a variety of restaurants in nearby Rye, Romey, Lydd and Hastings.
There is a large shopping centre in Ashford with a designer tented village with over a hundred outlets, and Ashford has a Eurostar station going to France.
How to get there
By Train to Rye then bus ( No/100) or taxi rank outside Rye Station to Camber Sands.
By road, leave M20 at junction 10, take the exit marked 2070 and A259, follow signs to Lydd airport approx 8 miles,and then Camber Sands or Lydd. stay on the coast road and Rainbow is on the right 1mile before Park Resorts caravan site and Camber village.
Alternative route via Rye, take the road marked to Camber Sands, go through Camber village, past Park resorts the log homes are exactly one mile from the large Park resorts caravan site.

Conditions
An initial non refundable booking fee of £200.00 is required, with the balance paid six weeks before the arrival date.
A refundable deposit against breakages of 20% is required payable with the balance of the rent. This will be returned within ten days less any deduction for damage.
The let will commence at 16.00 Hrs on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning the premises between lets.

There is a £50.00 surcharge for bank holiday weekend bookings, this ia not applicable to bookings over 6 Days. There is a supplimentary charge of £50.00 for each additional guest over 6
Guests are asked to ensure the property is left in a clean and tidy condition and any crockery used washed up. We reserve the right to deduct from the security deposit any extra costs for addional cleaning.
Well behaved dogs (that do not jump on furniture) will be considered, but an additional cleaning charge may be deductable from the security deposit if any furniture has hairs or extra expense is incurred due to their occupation of the holiday home.
Arrival is 4 PM hrs or later and departure by 10.00 AM, there may be flexibilty if there isn't a same day change over.

Secure Payment can also be made via Paypal, internet Transfer, or credit/debit card, a processing charge may be made.
