From the owner

The Camber beach house is located right on the beach and pays homage to its fantastic sky and sea views and reflects its closeness to nature and the environment in both layout and décor. The white walls and wooden floors with seaside chic furniture giving a calm and relaxed atmosphere. This beach house comfortably accommodates 8 people with its large lounge and sun room inside as well as its patio's, veranda and gardens outside.

There are extensive shallows at low tide when power kites can often be spotted. Ideal at any time of year as the living room has a large log burner to cosy up in front of and a wide screen TV to watch a DVD after a brisk beach walk on autumn or winter days.

There is a separate games room with a partly stocked bar so you can play pool, hockey or table football on any of those wet days.

A well appointed open planned property with a large lounge and sun lounge 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) all with TV's, vanity sinks and french doors to veranda and facing the sea. one small bedroom on the ground floor with adult size bunk beds. A jacuzzi bathroom with power shower upstairs and a shower bathroom downstairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Denise (the owner) a message.

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
