This pretty white washed cottage has a lovely feeling of light with its charming yet practical furnishings and lovely views across the marshland in one direction and towards the beaches of Camber in the other! The cottage has recently been completed so is in excellent condition throughout yet has been built to a period design. The owners have tried to think of everything with a Playstation, TV in both bedrooms and comfortable furnishings in creams and beiges.
The cottage is light and sunny and would be an ideal base for a holiday!

The South East England / Sussex region
Discover a landscape that epitomises rural England, With two thirds designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty you are assured of breathtaking vistas wherever you turn. Just an hour from London, this undiscovered corner of Southern England is home to medieval villages bursting with antiques, arts and crafts, whilst the towns play host to regular farmers markets with local produce to tempt the senses.
Immerse yourself in the landscape by enjoying a pastime such as walking, cycling, horse-riding, fishing, golf or for the more adventurous why not try sailing, rock-climbing, mountain biking, or swimming.
Rye / Camber Sands area
Camber Sands is the ultimate sandy beach with a mile long stretch of beach to the south of the smugglers town of Rye. The sands stretch as far as the eye can see in both directions and at low tide the sea can be as much as half a mile from the sand dunes!
Rye, 5 miles to the north, is a wonderful mix of winding medieval streets, antique shops and boutiques and the ‘Olde worlde’ charm of a port famous for its smuggling. The town has a watersports centre and tennis courts. The unspoilt marshlands of Romney Marsh, beloved of painters for its light and skies, lies just north of Camber. It is ideal for long country walks and bird-watching with the odd stop off at the many village pubs that are scattered throughout the stunning countryside.
For golfers, there are courses at both Littlestone and the championship course at Rye itself. This part of the coastline has more castles to visit than anywhere else in England so you will be spoilt for choice! See our ‘Holiday Information' section for more ideas!
