Three and a half acres stunning grounds , many fruit trees and a moat. PLEASE NOTE THE MOAT HAS WATER IN THE WINTER BUT IS DRY IN THE HOT SUMMER MONTHS as it goes up and down with the water table.

The unique Romney Marsh and the Romney sheep which were the main form of income many years ago. The smugglers ( or owlers ) as they were known used to sell many illegal fleces to France. Many nature reserves, birdwatching etc. Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Steam Railway. Dungeness and its truly amazing landscape.. Romney Marsh Churches, Rye, Tenterden. Many National Trust properties castle and gardens, such as Great Dixter, Sissinghurst and Smallhythe Place.
The Channel ports of Dover and Folkestone are 30 minutes drive away.
Also Canterbury, Ashford, Tenterden, Rye, Winchelsea, Hastings, Battle, Bodiam. all within easy reach. Several beaches and of course Camber Sands which is only a few minutes drive away.
