Marram Cottage is a self-catering holiday cottage in Camber Sands and is named after the grasses found on the dunes at Camber Sands is a lovely weather boarded holiday cottage offering 3 bedroom accommodation. The house is decorated in a contemporary style and has light and airy open-plan living that is ideal for families or groups of friends. Everything you need for a trip to the beach as well as entertainment for a rainy day is provided. On warm summer evenings after a day on the beach, relax in the south-facing garden - the perfect spot for summer dining. Enjoy Marram Cottage for your summer holiday or short break at any time of year.
Ground floor:

Large open-plan Kitchen and Dining Room with electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer (dishwasher and washing tablets provided), blender/smoothie maker, dining table and six chairs. Sunny seating area with comfortable sofa and floor to ceiling windows plus patio doors to the garden. Sitting Room with large L-shaped sofa and chaise longue, 32" LCD TV with Freeview and DVD player. Cloakroom.
First floor:

Master bedroom with super king size bed with luxurious mattress topper, large fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room with basin and WC. Bedroom Two with double bed with luxurious mattress topper and chest of drawers. Bedroom Three with single bed and additional pull-out bed to form a double bed (NB bed is full size and suitable for adults) and storage unit. Family bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC.
Outside:

South-facing garden, lawned and fully enclosed, with decked patio area - garden table, chairs, parasol, recliner, gas barbecue, brazier with logs and paddling pool. Garage for one car or secure storage of water sports equipment or bikes, etc. Additional parking for one car in front of garage.

Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack.

There is an £18 booking fee per holiday.

The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid season. Short breaks may commence on any day.

The South East England / Sussex region

Just 12 miles along the coast is Hastings, with its artists community, delightful old town, fishermans' huts, funicular railway, Smugglers Adventure and seaside pier. For the odd rainy day there is Clambers Indoor Play Centre and The Blue Reef Aquarium. For a more educational trip, visit the site of The Battle of Hastings in the aptly named Battle, a delightful market town with the English Heritage site of Battle Abbey where King Harold fell and history changed forever.

On the opposite side of the River Rother lies Rye Nature Reserve - just perfect for a walk or cycle along its flat paths towards Winchelsea. Discover Camber Castle, one of Henry VIII's coastal forts on your way and look out for any number of bugs, beetles, reptiles and birds.
